Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and high standards of cleanliness. The pool area and amenities were also appreciated by many. However, parking was a major issue, with frequent complaints about limited spaces, tight parking, and extra fees. Some guests noted construction disruptions and slow elevators, but overall, the positive aspects such as the beach proximity, updated rooms, and good service stood out.AI-generated from customer reviews
