Pros: The Villa Rosa is beautiful. We have stayed in many hotels in Lake Garda and this was by far our favourite. The staff are really friendly and helpful without exception. Breakfast very good.They have thought of everything and even have a lovely shower room next to the pool for late checkout and they provide a shower pack as well. Can't wait to go back. Well done to everyone at Villa Rosa!

Pros: Everything about this hotel is excellent. It is in a great location (only 5 mins from the main square in Desenzano), extremely clean, the staff were always very friendly and helpful, the pool area is very clean / quiet and relaxed, the room was spacious and had a great view from the balcony and the range of options on the breakfast menu was outstanding.

Pros: Beautiful hotel right in front of the lake and a beach. It has a lovely terrace for breakfast and drinks in the evening, and very helpful staff. The hotel is a short walk from Desenzano centre - which is a vibrant place, with good bars and restaurants, and a very pretty port.

Pros: The hotel was a great base for the general area. Not crowded and very relaxed. Close to all amenties although all involved short walks. Ready access to the lake was a short walk away. Very good value. Helpful staff. Also a good base to visit Verone (bus stop a short walk away).

Pros: Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms could be cleaned more properly, towels and beds were ok but the floor was not cleaned at all. Breakfast was continental, it was not possible to order scramled eggs or sausages. We appraciated very nice and clean swimming pool in the garden.

Pros: Good room. Poor breakfast. The restaurant is popular with visitors due to its size and easy car parking location, but the quality and cost of the food can be easily beaten by hotels and restaurants in the near vicinity.

Pros: The hotel design is nice also the rooms are large and nice. Location is very good for Sermione and Desezano tours on Garda lake. Breakfast is great. Although we didn't have time for relax at the pool the pool looks great.

Pros: We stayed here for a week from 11 th August 2010. It was lovely. Every member of staff were very pleasant and obliging even with young children. The room was spacious and clean with maid service every day.As we booked a family room, the second bed was a sofa bed and I have to say, it was very uncomfortable and noisy. The breakfast was very good with a variety of hot and cold choices. Our kids loved the pool which was spotless and safe. Location is about 15 mins drive from the pretty town of Sirmione. I would definately recommend a car to appreciate the area, especially as the weather can be changeable. We toured the whole lake which is definately worth doing. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again

Pros: Modern comfortable hotel with large rooms. Excellent, friendly, helpful staff, good pool plenty of room. Good location, short drive to Sirmione or Densenzano, however you cannot see the lake because there is a road and trees in front of the hotel. Good value.
