Hanoi hotels near Hanoi Opera House

Pros: The room and restaurant were top notch but what made La Siesta stands out was its staff. We had trouble with a tour booking (separate from the hotel) and they helped us call repeatedly to negotiate pick up times and payment. They took care of our luggage in switching to a different hotel after the tour too. It made travel easy and they treated us like family. Had we known, we would never have changed our hotel when we're came back to hanoi. Hands down, would recommend as a first pick.

Pros: Awesome hotel! Greeted by the bellboys and concierge and welcomed with tea and fresh fruit. Good location with everything in walking distance. The room is great and was recently renovated with a rain shower head in which I could easily stay in for an hour. Breakfast is great that ranges from pho, sushi, yogurt to your choice of eggs. Hotel has a nice rooftop bar that overlooks the city. Massage services are good just make sure to make a reservation early. Laundry services are excellent too, comes delivered to your room folded and packaged. Ling is great and was coordinated our tour to Ninh Binh with our excellent tour guide Alex. She also made our cruise to Ha Long Bay effortless and smooth. Definitely recommended as you will not regret staying at this hotel.

Pros: I travelled with two of my friends. Since the time we arrived until we left that hotel, the staffs were awesome. * The rooms are super clean and very modern designs. * The staffs are genuinely positive individuals and very helpful with anything from tours and extended for our stay. * Very professional and fancy Hotel. * The food was sooo good, their breakfast was everything, specially their sweet yogurt.

Pros: The staff here were absolutely spectacular, they went out of there way to ensure our stay in Hanoi was an amazing one! Consistently they helped without asking, even so far as to escort us to the train station to make sure our tickets for an overnight train had arrived and everything was in order.

Pros: Fabulous hotel, I would say the best I have ever stayed in. And though it's expensive for Hanoi, you would pay an awful lot more for a hotel of this quality in another country

Pros: Room was stunning with classic molding, hard wood floors and a huge shower. Front desk agent offered to check me in hours early when I only asked to check a bag. The entire staff was attentive and helpful.

Pros: Perfect location, beautiful decor, very clean, staff is polite and helpful. Great view from the rooftop bar and the library. Comfy beds, great amenities, free wi-fi, and cable TV.

Pros: The nicest, most helpful staff I have ever encountered. The went well beyond the call of duty to make our first visit to Vietnam the most memorable holiday!! If you are travelling with a family with kids, this is the place to come too!!
