It is not so much I had bad experience with Singapore Airlines, but with Kayak and particularly Underpricer. My wife and my seat arrangements were changed some times after we booked our tickets and reserved our seats I February 14, 2026. However, after our arrival we realized that we were separated and sitting in different isles. Our return tickets indicated the same. Our several calls to your Underpricer customer care were useless as they cared how much they could charge us rather than actually help us. At the end they referred us to Singapore Airlines. If that was the solution, why did I have to call your Underpricer customer care. I will definitely erase your app from my phone and I will never use Kayak for future traveling. After all, there are so many agencies that I can use other than your company.
It was good but n it to the same standard as London to Singapore
Great flight attendants as always, they were super helpful and friendly. Made my kids super comfortable during long flight. The food were fine, some great taste some not so much specially the scramble eggs thats too watery. And maybe since its general food, better to not serve coffee pudding that kids cant really eat or maybe just serve different pudding for kids.
a longer gap btw the supper and breakfast would have been better - felt like the sleep was way too fragmented on this red eye flight
The quality and the quantity of food was terrible. I was starving to death at the end of the flight. Used serve 3 meals long time ago, now reduced to 2 meals during the 17 hours flight. Never offered wine or tea to us. We have to ask . Extremely hard to get the attention of the flight attendants. They intentionally ignore us to minimize the service. Bathrooms were dirty
SQ is a market leader for good reason and its 787 this time was actually comfortable and the service top notch as always.

Never book through Kayak. They can offload booking to third parties that are completely horrible.

Sleep pods in SilverKris lounge are disappointing, showers are great though. Food decent, not amazing. Need more toilets in lounge ideally. Flight was good but service can be better.
Boarding was too soon because we arrived 10’ after boarding began and they were already giving ‘final call’. We just made it. We were at gate 35 minutes before the flight. Also, the departure communication board did not list the flight at all so we didn’t know boarding had already started.
The vietnam airlines app was not able to allow checkin with the confirmation nor with the ticket number. This led to quite a bit of consternation. Speaking with a colleague from Hanoi, he did tell me that their app is not the best. It may be best to inform travelers to only use the link and to plan on checking in at the airport for this airline. The check-in was very easy and the staff were excellent.
Average, not more then that. Cannot compete with Singapore Airlines
Poor. Flight was delay without prior notice. Poor boarding. Poor meal service. Plane was dirty and smelly. Does not worth the money.
The check-in process was great, and I cannot remember the name of the supervisor, but he was good and told us about the transit process very correctly and efficiently and kindly. We were given down access and the overall process was very efficient.
Ensure there is a choice of food for all customers and also enough food
No space in between the seats as per them the average height of human is 5’3” and weight as 55, so seats are designed as per the same. Also, the aircraft was dirty and full of insects
Technical problems checking in. Had to wait a long time while they got things ready.
Jetstar was terrible. They left us without boarding passes for the connecting flight for several hours, for no reason. They should have given us the boarding passes for the connecting flight, but instead we were stuck in a “customs limbo” in Ho Chi Minh airport until very shortly before we were to board. No reason for them not to give us the connecting boarding passes.
The flight was delayed and changed of boarding gates without notifying the passengers; no updates on electronic boards. Everyone had to wait for a very long time and tired. No food was served even though our ticket covered a dinner set. I got to my hotel after midnight. Terrible experience with this flight
“They carefully called each boarding group in turn, only to herd everyone onto a bus for the drive across the airport apron. By the time we reached the aircraft, all semblance of orderly boarding had disappeared and it became a complete bun fight to get on board. Rather nonsensical really — why bother with boarding groups in the first place?”unless you are at an air bridge!!!

Uncoordinated boarding, seat comfort is terrible, even toilet is so small that overweight people wouldn't fit in. Baggage scam with additional fees. Stay away from this airline.
Forthright communication to the customers regarding services offered and any fees involved.
Scoot is a no frills budget airline. Do not expect a legacy airline experience.
Food & lower the prices. Look at Air Asia food look better & affordable
The cosmetic condition was pretty run down. The carpets were badly worn out. Even the paint on the wings was chipped and peeled! Looks like they are running these 787s to the ground..
6hrs fly they dont give you a glass of water from seoul to singapore need to buy drink and food plus they charge for bag on international fly is always Free 1 bag from seoul to singapore is Not a local fly you are traveling true asia same story from singapore to Bali no water drink after payment for bag drink cost more the regular airline Well never use this company again we use regular company like Delta korea japan China and even scoot parent company Singapore Air
We flew on the 787 Dreamliner direct to main gate at KLIA2, quick entry via eGate and on the train 41mins after touchdown. Go well SCOOT

Flying from Koh Samui to Ha Noi with a layover in Bangkok. Vietjet cancelled flight. When I went to the counter they told me to call from r information. I asked for the number and they said they couldn’t give it to me. Be a little taken back I asked him to repeat that while I was recording on my iPhone. He told me that was unacceptable and called the airport police. I deleted the video but had to deal with a big hassle. Then booked with a different airline. Vietjet wouldn’t refund the ticket. Luckily Chase Sapphire didn’t have a problem with refunding me. Vietjet blows!
Terrible customer service. My last choice to fly now if there is no other options.
For budget airline, it’s not bad at all. It’s definitely value for money. I added on the priority check in and eSIM. It’s well worth it.
The flight was OK, but you need to warn passengers going to Vietnam that the full first, middle and last name needs to be in the issued visa, At least 5 passengers on that pane did not have that. We all had to pay $298 each to some agent to amend the visa. At least one lady could not and was left behind.
VietJet is a discount airline like EasyJet, Flair or Spirit. I flew 3 flights in 2 weeks and all were Airbus 321's. 2 of the flights left and arrived on time and 1 left and arrived about 45minutes late. Seat pitch in economy is 29" but exit row seats have super-generous leg room. There are no power ports or entertainment of any kind. Food is best purchased on-line before the flight but there is a limited selection available in flight - cash only. The aircraft are clean and the airline is run as well as any other airline that specializes in economy passengers.

This was the worst flight (domestic or international) I have taken till date. Check-in and boarding experience at the airport were fine. I understand its a budget airline, still some basic stuff was missing. It's an international flight of almost 5 hours duration however, not even water was served to the passengers. If you need water, you have to go to the Crew Station and ask them for water. I asked him to fill up my own water bottle to which he denied and instead told me that I can have 1 Cup of water. When I informed, that we are total 4 family members needing water, he asked me to bring everyone to the Crew Station. Which I really don't understand. The cabin AC was not working or the temperature was kept at such a high temperature that I (and many others) were literally sweating. When I requested the cabin crew to reduce the temperature, my request was ignored twice. Finally I again had to go the front of the aircraft and ask the crew member to set it to 23. Then it was adjusted and we felt a little better. Overall a disappointing experience. They need to improve on lot of things while still keeping the cost low.
