The art and furnishings are the best. I saw that a Yolk breakfast restaurant was opening on the corner. That's a great breakfast place. You can take your dog, they even have a place to walk him.

Pros: Liked the white sheets, quality linens in our two queen bed room. The queen bed rooms are bigger than the king size rooms. Rooms are quiet and well laid out. Very convenient. We got 2 sets of towels each day. Staff is very efficient and helpful. Courtesy bus was great but only went two mile radius. The banquet they did for our large group was outstanding quality.

Pros: Old hotel!!! The location was perfect in downtown, but the hotel was under construction, broken tile in the lobby, primer on the walls, small check in area, etc.l Worst part was their air system only does heat or AC based on the outside weather. Our room was 80 the entire weekend. Parking garage is terrible. Do not take large vehicle in garage. I would not recommend.

Pros: This was a great hotel; wonderful service with a great downtown location. You're within walking distance of great restaurants, Circle City Mall, Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium. The staff was extremely helpful. We will return again.

Pros: The Hotel staff are very courteous and helpful. We needed directions and the personnel at the front desk were very obliging, We came to Indy to ride our bikes on the Monon Trail so the location of the Hotel was good, the trail starts on 10th street. It was our second trip to your Hotele but not our last, let your employees know they do a excellent job.

Pros: The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make our trip enjoyable. I would especially like to thank Shelley Maher - she went completly out of her way to help us and make sure we had one of the larger rooms for our anniversary. She even sent me info. on the places nearby that were having a Thanksgiving meal - it is people like Shelley that will make us return and tell everyone to stay at Embassy Suites.

Pros: Beautiful spacious rooms with super comfortable beds, spa scented lotions and fragrances, and huge windows! Staff was very helpful upon check-in.nt was the restaurant - slow service even though the place was basically empty, and the scallops were tiny and very dry/rubbery. Croissant bread pudding helped make up for it though ;-) Overall a VERY good value for the money!

I slept great even though we were right next to the airport! Not good for a light sleeper, but they include ear plugs in the bathroom.

Pros: 5 star resort if compared with an Army installation where I stayed for the two weeks prior arrival. It made feel like a human again. Thanks a lot to all the staff. Also excellent location (accessibility) near airport.
