The airline was very clean, and the crew very kind and thoughtful.

Service is excellent - crew all so respectful and friendly. Airline comfortable - lots of legroom even in economy. Food was great even came with ice cream!

Just a little puddle jumper from Los Angeles to Vegas. Not much can be said, I had to go ask for some water.

WiFi inflight was not working. Then they told everyone they had no beef for the steak option. So that left just sea food and snacks. So all I ate for the 11 hour flight, was an ice cream sundae. Gave out Casper mattress pads, which are always so nice.

Management of serious allergens despite advance notice. Did not know ingredients contained in their own food. Went as far as to have parents try to ‘take a look at the food’ to ‘see if it was Ok’ since they did not know ingredients. Will inevitably have a passenger with a severe incident if they do not train better.

Great service. Premium coach seat was uncomfortable. Food was non-descript.

Will definitely try to book with them again next time. FAs are very helpful and nice, bathroom always clean & flight was comfortable.

Very pleasant, look forward to flying with JAL again if the price is right.

All of the JAL flights in this itinerary were great. However the last leg of my flight from LAX to SFO was through Japan Air’s partner, AA which wqsn’t up to par. We were informed only minutes before boarding time of a delay despite the airlines knowing about the delay far earlier (the aircraft we would be taking arriving arrived and disembarked close to our boarding time, for all to see but AA still kept the original boarding time posted until last minute). Furthermore, once we boarded the taxi/wait time was also extended, with the pilot blaming “construction at SFO” for the delay, rather than taking accountability for the the plane’s late arrival coming into LAX. We took off approximately an hour later than scheduled. It’s for these reasons I adamantly avoid American Airlines when possible. Again, JAL was stellar.

Great service but food taste and options have gone down a few notches.

At least the delays were short. Business class, even in the new planes is very crowded now with crappy tray tables

Everything got delayed we were supposed to land at 1pm and landes at 8-9 pm … was horrible

There were issues with the first segment but what really bothered me overall is that you rebooked me and put me in a seat away from my wife and then put her in another booking or boarding group. I don't like having to monitor every little thing you guys do in order to get what I paid for in the first place.

Calgary desperately needs a star alliance lounge in the transborder area for United.

Your food is AWEFUL! For Premium Economy this was the WORST FOOD EVER - salad and tomatoes were all spoiled, "chicken" was awful and burnt. This is the WORST FOOD of ANY AIRLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! horrible

loved the bulkhead seats with all the extra leg room! The initial dinner was excellent unfortunately the last meal was unsatisfactory. Our salad was partially frozen and the pizza roll was 90% dough. My only complaint

We left 3 hours late. Of 4 flights on my trip, 3 left at least 3 hours late and one flight was canceled

Delays!!! Serious delays. I was told by a member of staff in LGA that I would miss my DEN to LAX flight connection, so I was put on a later flight. Due to delays I would have been able to have made my original flight, where I was sat in business class - seat 1A: I was put on my original flight but bumped from business - 1A to economy 33C. I want a refund for paying business class but only flying economy

This flight was 2.5 hours delayed due to crew issues. This meant that we arrived after 2 AM. Very very inconvenient and we were not really kept well informed.

Overall flight experience was good. Unfortunately our process getting to our flight was a hit or miss. Our flight was delayed perhaps for the best as getting from terminal to terminal is very long and security had problems with the machines that delayed us getting to our flight. Heathrow security could care-less that you have a flight you are about to miss!

Access to movies was nice, food not bad, and landing was smooth. Cramming us in like sardines is not fun. A little more space to bend down to get a bag or not touch my neighbors arm because we’re so close would be better for a 9 hour flight. Whomever designed the seating and you, who bought these planes, clearly are NOT interested in customers’ comfort. So stop pretending you do. Also, if you want traveler’s to check their bags so there is space to store carry one, don’t charge so much to check baggage. Seriously?!

Horrible. Crew is not helpful. Lounge is sub standard and overcrowded. Getting to your plane is underwhelming “via a bus”. Worst experience I have had.

I had to wait for 10 hours at the airport and no hotel accommodation was provided. That sucks big time.

They can't seem to deliver a delayed bag in less than a week. Is this the 19th century?

Could be better in all aspects. Poor communication. Rude staff

The seats are comfortable enough, but the layout in business is wacky. The boarding process is disorganized. The flight attendants are friendly enough, but the food and snacks are sub par.

Crew was great. Food definitely top 10% for airline food. Seat was comfortable and legroom was good, BUT the seats were too close together and I was touching arms with the guy next to me the entire flight. Also, I had an aisle seat, and although my arm was pulled right up to my side, I was bumped by passengers and crew at least 6x. I'm looking into business class next time. One last note: the whole British-AA airlines partnership thing was confusing. In 2024 this should be seamless, and passengers shouldn't need this # for BA and that # for AA. There should be a single unified way of messaging from the airlines and checking things for the passengers.

The flight booked from jfk to Raleigh was pointless. There is no way to make that connection flight although the employees tried their best for us to make it on time. I had to wait 6 hours for another flight
