Cons: Sometimes, I need to try my key a few times before it made the elevator work.

Pros: Great staff! Very friendly and accommodating. Most speak English.

Cons: I can't think of anything I didn't like. In fact, I extended my stay.

Pros: I stay there every time I come. Love the hotel. It’s modern, clean, excellent spa and service from check in and concierge to restaurants and amenities.

Pros: I would recommend this hotel for sure. The rooms are clean, very quite, cleaning service in the PM hours. Great breakfast and service staff. I had my birthday on the day of arrival and got a complementary from the hotel staff. Thank you so much, it made my day! :)

Pros: Returning and enjoying the same amenities I did seven months earlier. 2nd floor restaurant and 11th floor extras make this hotel and the stay a pleasurable experience. Breakfast is perfect! Currency exchange and coffee bar are so convenient. Staff appears motivated and acts professionally.

Pros: Here is like a my second home :) very close Everwhere , good ambiance, klas and elegance , comfortable and have very good staff.

Pros: It's unique design, exceptional services, fabulous breakfast and central location are keys to the outstanding experience. Special thanks to the lady in restaurant which fulfilled my extra request of mixing some staff in breakfast (it is flexibility for customer satisfaction leading to exceptional services). There is a cleaning tap in WC which brings versatility. It was my pleasure to walk through the stairs enjoying every design detail (you should see it by yourself).

Cons: As a whole my experience is outstanding. There are of course small areas to improve like: 1. Mini fridge/refrigerator is too noisy (I should deduct 1 point but I didn't :) ). I believe it is due to special wooden stand. There should be rubber mat in order to insulate resonance. 2. I did not notice any lift (it might be hard to go through stairs for disabled persons).

Pros: Everything great like always.

Cons: The low WiFi connection killed me. Stayed in room no 10. Had to spend most of the time on the hallway to connect some internet.

Pros: Everything was great, very nice place to stay while in Kharkov. Their assistance was very good in all aspects of my stay. Very friendly hosts to work with, they were very helpful with all my needs.

Pros: Hotel is very clean and beautiful. Room is not very big but very comfy. Really comfortable bed and great pillows, super quiet - perfect place for good rest after long working day. Breakfasts are awesome. Will definitely stay here next time.

Pros: Everything, it's my second time there and it's my favorite hotel. Spotless bathroom, super comfy bed, amazing staff, friendly cook and service. Check-in and check-out very easy. Just few minutes from the main train station and price is so affordable.

Pros: Staffs are very coo-operative. Overall very comfortable stay.

Cons: Food expensive, no laundry service found. They didnt adjust my booking amount when I checkout the hotel. They said the booking amount will be credited to my credit card account. But after one month still not reflected in my account statement

Pros: Could be cheaper but relatively good value of comfort/price in Kharkiv. Great bathtub in the room, nice interior and lovely design of the restaurant. Attending staff at the restaurant.

Cons: We paid $4 for washing and drying clothes that came with the same unfresh smell as they had when given to the staff member as if she did not put any detergent. The location is somewhat unsafe. They did not clean the room during our 7 days stay anand we had to take out the trash by ourselves which is not a problem but not expected in a hotel.

Cons: We took two rooms. One standart plus, one junior suit (because there was only one avaible standart room) But we couldn’t see any difference between two room.. Even the standart room was better..

Pros: This is a great hotel in the centre of Kharkiv just opposite the opera. Friendly receptionists, functioning airport pickup, very nice hotel restaurant with direct access from the rooms. The rooms are nicely furnished and well equipped. Outstsnding breakfast to choose between five pre set memues. I specially liked the ukrainian one.

Pros: The hotel was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was very courteous and helpful with arraigning taxi's and making my vacation there memorable. The breakfast each morning was fantastic. I will stay there again when I return.

Pros: Have stayed at this property many times and have never been disappointed. Staff friendly and helpful. Location central and convenient to most things. In my opinion one of the better places to stay in Kharkiv.

Cons: I have been billed twice for the same amount. They promised to resolve this promptly but no luck so far. No flexibility for early check in.

Pros: Very kind and helpful staff, clean hotel, tasty and diverse breakfasts, original atmosphere related to Gogol's character Chichikov, nice decorations and an exemplar of Gogol's Dead Souls as a gift.

Pros: The staff are very nice, friendly and so helpful. At breakfast they remember I like black coffee and brought it to me without asking.

Cons: Hotel not able to include bill of the restaurant onto bill of the room. As a results instead of using hotel restaurant I always choose some other place at the city.

Pros: This is the fourth visit to this hotel, I will continue coming here anytime I visit Kharkiv. There is a feeling of being home in this hotel, the staff makes each guest feel welcome and valued. When I arrived to check in, I was greeted by name before identifying myself. The location is fantastic, the New Year celebration in the main square was a few minutes walk. There are great restaurants nearby and the hotel restaurant has a great menu as well. I love this place.

Pros: Close to the airport, about a 5 minute shuttle ride, the Ovis is a modern, western style hotel, very clean and comfortable. Facilities are excellent. When I ran out of shaving cream, they provided it for me. Rooms are clean. WiFi is exceptional for a hotel - pretty quick! There is a restaurant on site, with service available 24 hours and prices are reasonable. I have used the room service for a hot meal after a late event arrival and it was excellent. Shuttle service to the airport is 150 UAH (about £4.80 or $6.30 but the return journey back to the airport is free. There is on site parking if you use a rental car and the city is a 15-20 minute ride away by taxi depending on traffic and costs around 100 UAH (£3.20 or $4.30).

Cons: I have stayed here nine times now and perhaps the only thing I would really like to see is the staff smiling more! However, if you meet Larissa, one of the staff, she speaks good English and has a sense of humour!

Pros: While not in the city center, the hotel is a 2-min walk from the Metro which easily takes you anywhere. Super-friendly and helpful personnel (thank you, Vladislav!!), nice and clean rooms with everything needed, excellent breakfast included, 24-hr open restaurant (!). Also, 24-hr open supermarket is within a 5-min walk. Very pleased with my stay, will be back!

I CHOSE THIS HOTEL BECAUSE OF SPA SERVICES. LOCATION AND BEDS ARE PERFECT, SERVICES OF HOTEL ARE SUPER (IF YOU CAN USE IT), BUT BEHAVE OF THIS LADY MADE ME MOVE TO ANOTHER HOTEL, EVEN WHEN I TOLD HER I WANTED TO STAY A WEEK OR MORE.

Pros: The standard twin is quite spacious and clean. Beds are wide and comfortable. Bathroom was exceptionally clean.

Cons: The breakfast is quite limited, although you shouldn't expect much for such a very small price. If you still want to have breakfast here I would suggest to choose meat pancakes (it's called 'bleny' in Russian) - they were quite good.

Pros: Everything was goos, except two points: Problem to issue an invoice on foreign company. Finaly solved! If you want to invite somebody to your room, need to kick him/her off latest at 23:00 o'clock! :)

Pros: It is not too far from the centre but still in a reasonable calm district. In the summer it has a bar/terrace outside that may be nice. The bath room is fine and modern. For the rest it is not the greatest hotel.

Cons: We were given a one page contract to sign on checking in, more like renting an apartment than staying in a hotel. I guess the one who made the rules needs this paper because the believe seems to exist that travellers will wreck the place. A bit of an insult to any guest. The rooms are kind of OK, but the beds are horrible. First and all, when you want to sleep you need to make your own bed first. Sheet and cover are provided separate and its your problem to put it together. A real fun surprise late at night. If you like to lie on a metal frame that pokes in your back and makes you want to stand up early, this is your place. Though the overall experience is not too bad, the mattress in my room was completely worn out and very uncomfortable. Breakfast is an experience. Instead of a buffet, it is back in time and you are given a choice of 2 types of luxury of breakfast with 3 choices each. To be decided before going to the restaurant. One coffee or tea, if you want more you need to pay. It is not expensive, but also not great. Overall, a mediocre experience in a city that does not have a great choice of hotels yet.

Cons: No good lobby , no good bar or restaurant. Far away from city center and any bars or shops it cost money to go by Taxi to down town no Free shuttles bus from hotel . I will not stay there again unless I have a strong reason to be in that area .

Pros: Great stuff and clean rooms. The restorant is perfekt to have a nice drink on the bar. Also the price was correct. With the Taxi which the stuff called us we could easy get into the town.

Cons: The breakfast could be a little bit better.
