Very friendly and helpful staff.
Very nice place overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches of Thailand.
This resort was a wonderful surprise. We read the reviews so knew it was good but we didn’t expect it to be as wonderful as it was. Staff - Most of the staff have been working here for years. They are all happy, kind, knowledgeable and treat guests like family. They made every interaction pleasant and they truly made all the difference. Rooms- We were in room 29 at the top of the hill and loved it. The view is outstanding and very private. The king bed is very comfortable and air con is perfect. Bathrooms is huge with a large window in the shower to watch the world as you shower. Food - The restaurant is the best on the beach. Food was made fresh with every order and always delivered with a smile. We knew the staff after just one meal and joked with them very time afterwards. Happy Hour at the bar is always fun and cocktails were always fresh and delicious. Yao the bartender is a pro and a delight to be around. Facilities - Pool and beach are always clean and there are enough chairs for everyone. The resort is built on a cliff so requires walking up and down hills which we considered a natural stairmaster. We had 10 days here and can’t wait to go back!!
View. Big rooms and nice decor. Location is alright, too.
Borderline rude staff (male staff I must add, ladies were nice). To some simple, polite requests on a couple of occasions I got snappy, angry replies that made me feel as they are making me a great honour by satisfying this request or replying to me. It left a very bitter aftertaste. Poor customer service and no basic human friendliness and politeness. Beach is not suitable for swimming. Bottom is covered in urchins and corals, and it's very shallow. The only beach nearby more or less fine for swimming is Mae Had. Poor vegan breakfast options.
A great resort that still has this authentic bungalow-spirit. Great bar and restaurant with amazing views!
