Pros (+) I liked the reception staff customer service.
Cons (-) I didn't like the Bathrooms and toilets, They are so dirty and water was everywhere. Power sockets are all located in one corner, that is not helpful for guests as they can't keep an eye on the electronic goods all the time. Rooms are so hot without ventilation!
