The location is great and the shower was amazing also the room looks good but thats is it.
The check-in was in the building which was opposite of this hotel and if you are too early you could leave your suitcase there but the suitcases were in front of the check-in desk so anybody has acces to them which is not very safe. Also the room is very very small so if you have big suitcases you barerly can fit with them there and move around. The wifi was not really good and the door to the bathroom? We couldnt even close it properly. So if you want to go to bathroom to have some "me time" the person in the room can hear and see everything (maybe even smell everything) . At the end I find this hotel overpriced. It is okey for one night but I would not really reccomend it.
The location was good but that is it
I have never been spoken too in such a disgusting and disrespectful way as I was by the gentleman (!) who run the hotel. They were trying to charge me twice for the room we booked and when we questioned it and showed proof of payment they got very aggressive and threatened to cancel our booking. So when we agreed to do this and asked for a refund our money suddenly appeared! They also told us that if there was any damage to the room then they will charge my card again as we refused to pay again at check in. By this point I felt so threatened and had been brought to tears which completely ruined our night away. As for being a duluxe double you had to side step around the bed, no space for a suitcase. The room itself was very dusty everywhere, the cups and tray were dirty with hairs in them. The towels were stained and again had hair on them. One of the plug sockets by the bed didn’t work, the light above the mirror didn’t work. The curtains looked like they had blood stains on them. The final straw was an unmentionable stain on the bathroom wall! If it was anywhere else I would of asked for the room to be cleaned but after my experience at check in we didn’t. We were very glad to check out in the morning and if I had the money to go elsewhere I wouldn’t of checked in to start with after the way we where threatened and shouted at to start with.
Great location and decent shower.
Where to start: - The staff was rude and me being there seemed very annoying to them. - The room was really noisy, the street noise is OK to handle, can't expect peace and quiet from the central London. But, the walls are really thin, I could hear everything from the next door and hallway. The heating/aircon made noises even if it was powered off through the night, couldn't get any sleep. - The room was damp/cold because the heater, that was buzzing all the time, didn't even work. - Very slow wifi. - I was charged way more than the original booking price.
The room was modern, clean, and comfortable for two. The location was great for our sightseeing trip in London. We could not have been happier with the location or accommodation.
The room was disgusting. There were hairs everywhere and what appeared to be fresh per on the bed. I paid for another hotel and for both nights and refused to stay at the Tudor Inn.
