Staff were very helpful, they were very keen to help, they are quite nice people!. Breakfast is excellent! a great selection of food on the tables . I highly recommend this hotel!

The pool and green space are amazing and get sun almost the whole day, the included transport to and from the airport, the beds and pillows are super comfortable, location close to the metro station
Poor menu choice at the pool bar, pool only opens at 11 it would be nice for it to be sooner, not all reception staff could speak English

Pick up service from/to airport was amazing and the pool was good
I got back room with double bed number 87. I was expecting some amenity and gesture as a Genius member but we got nothing. The shower head was not working properly and was broken and it was impossible to switch the water. The towels are old and bad quality and was hard to get dry. There was a lamp sticking out in the bathroom and I was afraid it to get there water. The room WSU’s not have even bottle of water to drink and or coffee tea to have when you wake up. And the worst part was that on our check out day at 10:30 the housekeeping knocked the door and entered our room while I was having sex with my partner. I was shocked and did not expect this since it was before check out time. I hope she liked what she has seen. This hotel can not be even two star. If the person who greeted us will not be there and there would not be a pool I would say this could be my worst experience.
