Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's strategic location, which is close to popular attractions, shopping malls, and provides easy access to transportation. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, poor maintenance, and outdated facilities, especially in the bathrooms. Service was often described as unfriendly or unhelpful, and several guests felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price paid. While a few guests mentioned positive experiences with spacious rooms or helpful staff, the overall sentiment was that improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and service are urgently needed.
