Cons: No desk in room and no coffee cups even though there was a kettle and tea and coffee in the room. We did get takeaway coffee cups from the lobby though. The toilet was very high, even for my wife who is 5'11"!

Pros: Room was clean, bathrooms were clean, nice common areas. Lockers were provided in the room. Staff were very helpful in trip planning and very friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent! The bunk beds were full size on the bottom, twin on top. I luckily got a bottom bunk but felt bad for the girl sleeping on the twin above me because her bed was smaller.
Cons: Not enough places to hang towels in the room. Otherwise, my stay was perfect!

Pros: Bed was comfortable, and they are very inclusive about food and allergy issues. Very yummy and diverse breakfast spread--they even had soy yogurt!
Cons: The room I was given had almost non-existent wifi reception, and when I asked for another room, I was given a speech about how, "they don't normally do this, but in this case they would make an exception." When it's 3am, and I've been traveling all day, I don't need to be guilted into accepting that they are going to switch rooms for me. Either say yes or no. Either all your rooms have basic wifi access, or they don't. I also wish that they had mentioned the down comforters and hypo-allergenic options before I entered my room. By the time I realized I could switch it out, I was already half-asleep for the second time of the night.

Pros: This is an absolutely wonderful hotel. It is just steps away from many restaurants as well as the Old Town Square. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very good and replenished to have great selection at all times. There was a problem with my reservation not showing up. Ingrid was checking me in and she was so patient and kind while I used the internet to retrieve my email confirmation. I was able to email Kayak and have them provide proof that I had paid. I was in a total panic thinking that I had maybe booked and prepaid for the wrong night. Thank you so much Ingrid for all of your help.
