Bed was comfortable and the room is beautiful.
For being such an expensive Riad for just one night for two people (60 eur), i expect the service would be at least, decent. The girl who received us was superkind and polite. We went for dinner and we came back around 22:00 (so I presume it is not that late...). The girl who received us told us we could come at anytime we wanted as there is always someone to open the door ( you just get the keys of your room, not the main door) Once we came back, we rang for about 10 minutes on the front door and nobody answered. At the end, one of the guests opened the door for us telling us it was the second time hapenning to her. Thank God she opened otherwise God knows when we could enter. Later on, the guywho was supposed to be there to open the door came to speak with us and apologize, saying that "he went away to buy something quick".... Next time then, leave a note or something. Because we were waiting for 15 min, and other guests had the same problem... To buy something quick? (hmmm, let me doubt it). They could have reduced a bit the price or do something else rather than apologizing by word... Too expensive for the service you get.
Polite, English speaking staff, beautiful interior.
Very hard to find. Breakfast could be a bit bigger.
The Riad is beautiful and clean, rooms have a nice view and the bathroom is a good size. Good breakfast. The thing that we like the most was the attention of the staff, especially Charif. He was really kind and made the most delicious tea.
It's a bit difficult to locate the Riad, we use Google maps for a couple of days. No vehicles allowed.
The most authentic place in the most authentic part of Marrakech, the staff were very nice and helpful, Sheriff did a great job in taking care of all guests and answering all possible questions.
A picturesque riad with the cutest cats, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and comfortable rooms. Dinner, hammams, and hookah is available for extra costs (not expensive), and there are lots of places around the riad to lounge around so you're not confined to your room. Getting through the surrounding streets can be difficult at first, but once you get used to the route you need to take it's no problem.
I didn't like that I couldn't take the cats home at the end of my stay!
