Pros: The front desk staff was absolutely amazing! Apparently my reservation was never confirmed and the hotel didn’t have a room for us. My family was stuck in another state for two days with no hotel. The third party that your company used (Cancelon) is a bogus organization. I wasn’t contacted amd expected that I would have a room at this hotel. The front desk staff assisted me in finding a quality hotel.

Cons: THE HOTEL LOST POWER FOR SEVERAL HOURS DURING OUR STAY WHICH MADE IT VERY DIFFICULT TO GET READY FOR THE EVENTS WE WERE IN TOWN FOR. THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE, THEY JUST DIDNT SEEM TO HAVE ANY ANSWERES TO A BALLPARK TIME ON WHEN THE POWER WOULD BE BACK ON.

I looked it up and my husband got the night person to come check it out. It was an adult bed bug! It was huge and very visable! He took pictures then asked if we wanted another room. We declined and he told us we would have to call the hotel at 10am to talk with the manager. Because he couldn't get ahold of them and ge didn't know what to do. We called a little after 10 am today, he told us she wasn't there. He said hold on let me see what I can do. Husband could hear him speaking with the manager!! She was the one who checked us in that night! He got back on the phone and said you will get a refund and hung up. We are still waiting on our refund! Staff started off nice but ended rudely. Checked reviews for said hotel and latest review from a month ago someone was complaining about bed bugs also. Kept reading and found 3 more longest was 1 year ago. So they were aware of these bugs! Learned lesson to always check reviews and check the hotel room before we stay!

Cons: They tell you they take a deposit of $10 per day. But I stayed 3 nights and they put a $142 hold on my debit card. I really need that money right now and they haven't credited it back yet. Very inconvenient!

Cons: The room was absolutely disgusting. The first appearance of the room was that it was clean. I checked the corners of the bed as I usually do and they looked fine and everything appeared clean. As my stay went on I noticed more and more disgusting things. Halfway through the night I discovered the inside of the sheets were yellow stained in several spots all underneath the comforter. When I went got out of the shower in the morning, I went to use a clean towel and it was covered in little beard hairs all over the entire folded towel.
