Pros: Loews Minneapolis Hotel completely blew me away during my stay this past week. The skyscape view was incredible, and the hotel is perfectly positioned around a ton of awesome shops, restaurants, and venues for those who get time to explore. The front desk and Star Service staff were unbelievable. I've been to hundreds of hotels in my professional lifetime, and Loews ranks among the very best hotel experiences I've ever had. Even the valet was amazing--that's hard to find.

Pros: We were so happy with our stay at The Westin in Minneapolis! We arrived at the hotel early on the morning of our stay, and the hotel sent us a text when we were on our way and promptly made sure a room was ready for us (hours before check-in!) and also sent us instructions on parking options in the area. We also got an upgraded room, which we weren’t expecting. The lobby area is extremely comfortable, with a lot of various seating options, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We’d love to stay here again!

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk comped me the WIFI fee due to a mixup with the booking/reservation. Very nice. It's good that management gives them some leeway to act independently. Makes me more loyal; even though it wasn't really necessary.

Pros: We had a great experience at the Hilton Garden. The valet guys were very friendly and helpful for sure. We couldn't decide where to eat for dinner or where to go. They gave us an idea of what restuarants-bars were close to the area. (almost mini concierges!!) We ended up eating at the restuarant at the hotel, and it was excellent! We enjoyed the two for one bar specials and the food was fantastic. The front desk was helpful with any questions/directions we needed. Overall - great stay! Thank you!!
