Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transportation. The staff received high marks for friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness was also frequently highlighted as a positive aspect. However, many guests were disappointed with the breakfast, describing it as limited or below expectations for a 4-star hotel. Some reviews mentioned dated rooms or minor maintenance issues, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially regarding location and service.
