Pros (+) The hotel is truly awesome and luxurious. The staff is very courteous and very helpful. The location is fantastic. Can's say enough nice thing about it. Highly recommend it. Al my next says in Mumbai will be at Trident.

Pros (+) The club lounge amenities combined with the excellent staff customer service makes this resort one of the best in Mumbai. The staff pays attention to every bit of detail!
Cons (-) I fell sick on my last day in the hotel, but the staff was very sweet. They even sent me an in-room complimentary breakfast on the day of my departure and allowed me to check-out late. Hands down, the best hotel in Mumbai!
