Pros: Breakfast buffet was amazing! Indian & European food. So much to choose from. Our room was great, although a little small in terms of the bathroom & shower.. there are never enough hooks to hang your towels, etc. Our view was incredible. We got upgraded which was fantastic.

Cons: I do have a dispute with payment. I showed the hotel that payment had been reserved when I checked in & when I checked out. They checked on their side and advised that it did not reflect on their side. Now that I am back home, I checked with my bank, and payment did most definately go through to them. So I am now disputing this. They have advised that they are checking, so hopefully it will be resolved.

But most importantly the service was fantastic- everyone tended to our needs at a moments notice. Cons: In view of the Corona virus pandemic, it's great that you are checking the temperature of entrants. But please allow for repeated checks within 3 mins of each other to ensure that your reading has validity. My dad, who walked in from the afternoon sun, was stopped at the door of the hotel and a second temperature reading was refused after he'd spent 5 mins in the shade. I'm a doctor and this didn't make sense to me at all.

Pros: The service was phenomenal, all employees were extremely welcoming and kind. The food was exquisite, I had options from all around the globe and everything tasted wonderful. I appreciated the hotel's willingness to break down larger money bills into smaller amounts for easier use during the day. The rooms were clean, and I loved the extra touch of providing fresh fruit every day and a celebratory Holi snack plate. I would recommend this property to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Cons: This was the worst experience in my life so far. There’s a seepage from the toilet above the room and it has damaged the room walls. There fungus on the wall. It is very unhygienic and can give someone an infection. AC makes loud noise. Couldn’t sleep well at night. I have changed my hotel after one night. And they charged me ₹3500 for this. I have posted some photos here to prove my point. Horrible experience!

Cons: The guy at the reception was too insistent on HOLDING ON TO MY PASSPORT OVERNIGHT. No hotel staff should be able to hold on peoples passports. This is a big risk as a guest. I had to argue with him not to have to do this. He eventually ended up making a copy, which he could have done in the first place, without having to have the uncomfortable experience.

Cons: Location Not value for money. Smelly Place Dirty Bed sheets and Blanket Noisy Very tight place Low ceilings, Hurt my hand while changing Clothes. Dont go by pictures they posted. Not good for family
