Pros: Love the Old Florida feel with rattan furnishings and palm tree motifs!
Pros: The staff was very friendly & professional. Every part of the Inn of Naples was immaculately clean. The free breakfast was as good at the free breakfast offered at the national chains.
It's clear the management does all the right things to please it's guests. Hats off to the entire staff...Top to BottomCons: The only downside was that the entire facility is dated. It has a beachy,, tropical look to it, which was in style in the 80's. Fortunately, none of it looked worn or overused.
This is a minor issue when you rate the facility.
Our son attends Ave Maria and we will be returning to this property
Cons: The fan was noisy.
Just okPros: The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. Cons: Unfortunelty, the rates were a bit pricey. The bed was horrible. And the put us right next to the elevators.
Great Room, Meals not so muchPros: Hotel was conveniently located.Cons: Free breakfast was worth every penny.
Pros: This was the best value I could find in Naples. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was also pretty good as far as hotel breakfasts go. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable! There' s plenty of seating around the pool so even during busy hours we were able to find a place to lay out. Cons: It is an older hotel so each room had a A/C wall unit, in our room it didn't really cool that well. Luckily we were in FL when it was in the 50's and 60's at night so we just slept with the sliding glass door open.
Pros: Clean, convenient, priceCons: Worst bed I have ever slept on; facility is old
Pleasantly surprised.. Pros: Location, value and cleanliness of the property. Cons: None.
Attractive, convenient and reasonable, BUT room is dampPros: Built in the mid 1980's the Inn is still attractive and furnishings have been updated. Great location, nice pool, more than adequate free breakfast. Cons: The is a damp feeling to the room. The carpeting was damp and the beddings were clean but also felt damp. Perhaps, a good room dehumidifier would help. I would not stay there again due to this one flaw. It may not be a problem for others.
A simply wonderful experience!Pros: We love the decor, friendly and helpful staff, and excellent location, close to everything. On a main thoroughfare, but quiet and restful when your day is done. Wonderful pool area, and great though meatless breakfast. Ask for an upgrade, we did and it was done for free!
