Pros (+) A fine hotel with comfortable rooms. The location was perfect. The breakfast was very good for the level of hotel - a good range including local specialities if you want to try. Very helpful and friendly front office staff impressively multilingual.
Cons (-) The atmosphere was a bit close in the room and a supplied fan only helped a bit.

Pros (+) Perfect location near the King's Palace.
Cons (-) Unfortunately, our room was right over a bar with an extremely loud band playing till 2:30 am. If we hadn't had suitcases unpacked, we would have asked to be moved. Very short night of sleep.

Pros (+) The hotel is located in the very heart of Oslo by Karl Johan avenue by the parliament, national theatre, royal palace and galleries. The bay is only a short walk away. The hotel by itself is grand with paintings all over the walls. Stuff are really polite, nice buffet style breakfast.Really enjoyed our stay. Much recommended!
