Pros: The ambience and the hospitality!!! Truly amazing!!! We simply enjoyed our stay.. the host were super friendly and entertained all the guests.. Breakfast facility made things easy n we feel at home! Eventhough it is family business, but they manage in maintaining the place very well.. The host go extra miles when they helping/arrangement other guests on their ferry timetable and the pick up to jetty.. Tq Mr Anuar& Pn Alia for the kindness & warm hospitality!
Cons: Nothing at all..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hosts were really nice and always helpful if there were any questions. They serve items for breakfast you can cook on your own (eggs, pancakes,...) which was delicious. Another highlight is the courtyard with pool and garden which is set up beautifully.
Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hospitality was number one. Alicia is a joy to have as a host. Absolutely loved the grounds and A-frame cottage especially.
Cons: Could definitely improve the shower foam provided, but that's about the only suggestion we've got for this place. Everything else was fab!

Set along the Straits of Malacca, three miles off the West Coast of Malaysia, discover a piece of paradise 2 million years in the making.Of the island's 300 acres, only a fraction has been developed to house this peaceful luxury resorts and it Estates. Wooden buildings blend seamlessly into the forest, wall curve around foliage, and roofs open up to allow trees to continue on their journey to the sky.
7.0 Good
Pros: The massage experiance
Cons: Instructions how to get to the resort from ipoh airport, the restriction to use facilities
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful property. Gorgeous everything. Staff were brilliant. Fisherman’s Cove and the Spa Village we’re standout as was the Feast Village Night Market (street food set up each Sat).
Cons: Shipping pier within distant view of some of the rooms, if this may bother you, check with the resort about the view from your room. Otherwise nothing!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: One of the best places for a quiet luxurious break that I have come across.
Cons: Since I last visited in 2003 the rooms haven't changed and are ready for a makeover and modernisation. Transport frequency on the island needs to be stepped up. Several waits in excess of 25 minutes are unacceptable. You are captive to the few expensive restaurants on the island. The addition of a coffee shop type restaurant for light meals/snacks would be greatly appreciated.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The sea view suites are great and everyone at the resort welcomes you with a smile. It’s great to feel welcomed. Great wild animals such as the hornbill birds make this island a living paradise. The swimming pool was pretty nice too and the fact that the resort has different kind of theme restaurants gives you a good choice of different kind of foods.
Cons: This place is so big and i wish they had more activities there. Like jet skies or paddle boats. The fact that sea isn’t that blue and beautiful makes it hard for them to provide snorkelling or diving. The price of the spa was really pricy. Like 580 ringgit for a facial treatment is pretty expensive. I wish there prices were a bit lower.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful atmosphere. Super relaxing and amazing beaches.
Cons: Extremely overpriced restaurants. Especially for dinner.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It was beautiful
Cons: To get to the jetty before getting to the property was slightly confusing but I would recommend checking if your unsure with the staff when they email you.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
7.0 Good
Pros: The property is basic but beautiful. Sea Villas are far forth property the same as the other Villas but more expensive for no good reason.
Cons: The property over charges for simple things like food and the boat ride to and from the Island . Sever is externally poor--very slow.
Pangkor Waterfall Beach Resort - Pangkor - Building

8.5 Excellent (395 reviews)
S$ 33+

7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel is very convenient to the main drag with restaurants, shops and the beach . The beach further up going right on the main road has a couple of restaurants where you can rent a chaise and towel and hang out all day and eat and drink, even beer and wine, a not so common commodity...
Cons: We had read in various reviews that the place had fun evening fish barbecues and a great breakfast, all orchestrated by a super chef...when we got to the hotel we were told that the chef had resigned. The outside kitchen was packed up and the only “amenity” accessible to guests was a water fountain with either hot water with which you could make yourself an instant coffee (bought by yourself at a nearby mini mart) or room temperature water. The bathroom is a wet room with shower, the tv only had one Indonesian channel. This said we toughed it up and had a charming time, with monkeys thumping on the roof and all...ah, and yes there is WiFi everywhere in the property.the owners are nice and helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: So damn good and friendly staff
Cons: Convenience place and easy to get transportation by renting their bikes
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff are friendly, although the guy we asked didn't know much about the tours available, just said the boat was expensive. Staff can arrange taxis which was helpful. The rooms were very basic but clean and the air conditioning worked well (although a bit noisy) It's not the closest to the beach but it was very quiet at night and the mattress was good so we got a confortable night's sleep. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but little changes could make it much more enjoyable for future guests. Washing service available - line available to dry your clothes. We had an enjoyable time and we would stay again.
Cons: The rooms and bathrooms are very basic, unpacking our bags we had to put everything on the floor. The bathroom doesn't have a shelf to put things on and the shower pointed directly at the toilet, no toilet roll holder and no dry place to leave the roll if so one has had a shower. The air-conditioning worked well but was a bit noisy There needs to be more warning about the monkeys, cute as they be, everyday they took food (or empty wrappers) from outside someones room and were aggressive if you tried to retrieve something. It was a shame the windows had frosted glass, it would have been nice to sit inside with the air conditioning on and see outside, rather than melt outside if you wanted to sit with a view.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, just 5 min walk from beach
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is great! You are in the middle of the jungle, so quiet and beautiful, far from all the hassle of teluk nipah, while 10mn walk distance to Coral beach.. The staff is very helpful and welcoming , he gave us good recommendations and advice.
Cons: The sheets and pillow cases were not clean (it seems they were not changed), we asked for new ones (at night as this is when we noticed them) and the receptionist was very helpful and came to change them, but still the new pillow cases did not seem to be sparkling clean.

5.0 Okay
Pros: All is better
Cons: 1. Need to improve on Communication between staffs. this is what happen, I check in at 3pm, I noticed there is no towel available in my room. since that I tell the front desk (a Chinese guy) at 3.20pm, once I had back to hotel at 7pm, The towel is still not available in my room, I had to personally highlight to your Technician on duty that floor and after 20min, that only I get the towel. The reason front desk give is the towel is washing now and currently out of stock. This is should not happened. The housekeeping supervisor / Manager need to ensure towel stock is sufficient is your storage. 2. The Management can reconsider to change check in time from 3.30pm to 2.30pm or 3pm to avoid waiting congestion in your front desk area especially on school holiday, long holiday and public holiday. 3. Need to have special room to locate the baggage. it is no pleasant for foreigner to walk in and see our Malaysian put the baggage everywhere. This also will bring down the Image of Coral Resort in people eyes. 4. The hotel may consider to put Milo during breakfast if there is people that never drink Tea / coffee. Hope the management can improve on this matters and made all travelers had peace of mind during their stay and check in. Thank you.
