Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. The staff received high marks for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, contributing positively to the overall experience. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, with several guests noting tidy rooms and well-maintained facilities. However, many found the rooms to be quite small and some bathrooms had issues such as poor drainage, unpleasant odors, or fragile infrastructure.
