Pros: Location was excellent, room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly.
Cons: Room was small (granted many Paris hotel rooms are small but expected a bit larger in a 3-star). Oddly we got charged for the coffees in the morning although it was available for free later in the day.

Pros: Amazing location, close to saint german and the Latin quarter. Close to RER B and other metro lines. Room on the 6th floor was spacious and well equipped.
Cons: The elevator is too slow and too small.

Pros: Overall help with taxis, dinner reservations, comfort of the room, location close to exciting parts of Paris, extremely helpful staff. Also, the size of the room, relative to other Paris hotels, is superior. A nice, professional, contemporary hotel with a first-class staff and great attention to detail.

Pros: Service was excellent. All staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. The hotel is conveniently located 5 min from the Louvre, restaurants and the metro. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros: Facilies were very nice and the location is very central. Very short walk to multiple train lines and metro. With one exception with an encounter with a bartender which was terrible, the staff was great. Most front door men are always hustling bags, giving directions and calling cabs. All spoke English.
Cons: Family's be aware of one minor quirk. The bathroom and shower doors are clear glass with a dulling switch. It just doesn't get real dull. It's still very see through for all members to see. However the rooms were very modern and clean.

Cons: There was no room for unpacking our clothes! stayed for one week and there was not a single drawer or shelf to store anything so after paying the rate of a 4 star hotel, we got the "confort" level of a 2 star hotel instead. The carpets were filthy and the matresses were soiled! The narrow hallways smelled and felt like a cheap cruiseship. We are very dissapointed with the quality of the rooms and the overall value of this hotel.

Cons: The staff was very rude . When I requested a half an hour delay in check out time , they threatened to barge in the room exactly at 12.00 . I had to tell them , if they like I can walk in underpants in the lobby and dress up there !!!! Very impolite and rude for a four star hotel . Never choose this hotel , whatever the good review might say....

Cons: Staff not very friendly. Try to call bell hop in morning of our departure no answer had to carry our own luggage down. Bathroom shower was full of mold very nasty try to change room Hotel was 100% booked or so we were told. We booked to have room with Eiffel Tower but instead got room on first floor with no view. Two guests arrived after us got much better rooms. Only difference we booked thru Expedia and other guests booked directly with Hotel.

Pros: The hotel is nice and cozy. You enter through a secure gate to get to the hotel entrance. The lobby is small and personable and the staff was very helpful. The elevator is super tiny. One person with luggage could get in easily, otherwise one must wait on its return. We were up one floor, so taking the stairs wasn't an issue at all. The room was clean and nicely laid out. We had a room with a balcony that overlooked the hotel's entrance. The bed was positioned to have a view of the balcony and outside. Having the door open with the cool breeze come through was very peaceful. The room was quite small, but for my boyfriend and I, it was perfectly fine. There is a small hallway from the bed area to the bathroom that has a door that you can close for extra privacy and quietness. The bathroom was nice and bright. The shower was great. Nice water pressure and temperature. Breakfast was included in our stay and I only got breakfast one day, but the morning that I had it, it was good. A nice selection of foods to eat as well as breakfast drinks.
Cons: It was a bit noisy in the room from people in the hallways. Made it seem as if they were in the room too. The location can be a little iffy for families as it is off (or part of?) the "red light district". It gets kind of noisy outside of the security gate late at night/really early in the morning from patrons out and about having a good time, but it wasn't frustratingly noisy enough to get upset about. Also, we had our balcony door open, so we probably heard more than usual.

Pros: Location was great: close to metro, walking to Sacré Cœur; room was quite large, especially for Paris. Interior door to block hallway noise was fantastic; curtains blocked like get very well; window sealed out noise very well.
Cons: Needs updating and better cleaning: cobwebs in corners, shower not well scrubbed, bathroom floor grout is dirty, pubic hair left on vanity one day, smoke detector missing in hallway and in room. Small sink in toilet room would be nice. Bed was very firm and unforgiving.

Pros: The location is great. The bedding was very comfortable.
Cons: Overall, our stay was ok. The first room we were given had a very bad smell. The manager apologized and gave us another room. The other room was fine, and the rest of our stay was ok. However, on the morning of our departure, we had requested a cab to arrive at 7:45.... it arrived early and the clerk called us to say the taxi had arrived. We came downstairs at 7:45 to find that the taxi meter had been running the entire time, and was already at 10 euros. The driver apologized and was willing to leave without the fare. I asked the desk clerk to call another taxi, and he REFUSED. I was shocked and disgusted at this poor level of service. He blamed us, even though we came down at the exact time we requested the taxi to show up. The morning clerk on 5/8/14 should be reprimanded and re-trained in customer service. We ended up having to pay 17 euros for what should've been a 5 or 6 euro taxi fare. This left a very sour taste in my mouth and will likely prevent me from staying at Eiffel 7 again.

Pros: Roomier than many French hotel rooms, located close to Gare de Montparnasse, modern bathroom fixtures, standard in-room coffee maker... should be quite familiar to most Americans.
Cons: Fairly noisy due to the adjacent place de Catalogne. Not the most exciting location in terms of restaurants and bars, but not too far away either. The room was generally quite clean, except that somehow they never bothered to clean around some of the light switches or outlets, which had consequently built up a gross layer of sticky dust.

Cons: Location is not great. 30 minutes metro, or 18 euro taxi minimum from anywhere i wanted to be. Had problems with inhospitable and rude staff. Roof is closed for the 'season' for renovations, and i booked this hotel for the roof.

Pros: Generator Paris is new and nice and very clean and has an energetic design. I stayed there with my 17 year old niece and her friend and wanted them to be somewhere fun and full of interesting international people that start in their age range. The food was good and the dining area was a great common area for hanging out.
Cons: I wish towels were included in the room and didn’t have to be rented. There should also be soap available even if it’s to purchase. Maybe a vending machine with some toiletries in it?
