7.0 Good
Pros: It was very convenient to my destination. the hotel had a decent breakfast in the morning. The hotel reception was very courteous and engaging. However, the morning staff attending breakfast needs to be more personable, peppy too! They were very attentive

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, easy check in/out process, pet friendly.
Cons: Moderate noise in rooms above.
6.7 Good
Pros: Good location with professional staff and nice breakfast selection.
Cons: Beds were not as nice as they could have been at this price for the night. Would have been a nice bonus.
4.0 Okay
Pros: There wasn't much to like. Just the location as it was right off the highway, so easy on/easy off.
Cons: This was an expensive room for $144. The room we were given was on the first floor and close to the gym (though not right next to it). Someone started using the treadmill at 5am on a Saturday morning and they might as well have been in our room. Adjoining doors should also be outlawed or these rooms should only be given to people who request them. So much noise from the next room comes through that we did not get to sleep until well after midnight. So 5 hours sleep - not optimal. we were also given a handicap room so that limited counter space in the bathroom. Not sure why front desk clerk didn't ask if this was okay. Maybe because we booked on booking.com? We should have gone back to the front desk as soon as we noticed this, but we were too tired and it was late and all we wanted to do was sleep. Should Hindsight is 20/20...
7.5 Good

7.5 Good
Pros: It had a fridge, microwave flat screen tv and comfortable beds.
Cons: Cold cold floors, couldn't hardly turn on bath tub water. It would have taken an hour to fill tub. No elevator had to lug our lugauge up to flights. Old old building but we'll maintained and decorated. And extra $15 for pet that was not specified in the Ad. The free breakfast would have been good to skip.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have stayed here several times when traveling through the area. It is an older motel, but the owner takes great pride in it. It is always clean and feels like home.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The room and overall facility was clean & tidy. I believe the owners are working hard and doing their best to make the facility accommodating for visitors. Might have been okay for one night without a pet. Breakfast was okay, but limited.
Cons: Nowhere for a pet to 'potty'. A depressed neighborhood. Loud trains several times during the night. We had to open an outside door with a key to enter an inside lobby to a room that required another key. Really an inconvenience when carrying luggage.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very coy and very clean - a nice stop after a long drive.
Cons: I was surprised by the train tracks about 100 yards behind the hotel. While the well-insulated room meant that is wasn't TOO loud, I was still surprised to hear the first train rumble by!
10.0 Excellent

6.0 Good
Pros: The motel accommodated my bottom room request which was nice.
Cons: The beds are very uncomfortable. When I arrive I told the front desk person I did not want any housekeeping service and just wsnts one extra towel that I would pick up at the front desk. She did not listen to me and when I came back to my room things were moved, and a receipt was taken as trash in which I still needs so I could return something. Staff needs to listen to the customers better!!
8.2 Excellent
Pros: A
Cons: A
7.0 Good
Pros: The front desk staff was excellent and made sure that we were satisfied with our stay. They actually call you in your room to confirm you are happy.
Cons: We had to be relocated to another room due to pet odor but the staff was very accommodating.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was austere but clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there: wifi, tv...no in-room coffee but there was some in the lobby. The tv had a surprising number of cable channels...more than a lot of motels at twice or more the cost. This is a traveler's room, not too much different than a hostel except that you have security and privacy. The price for one room/one person was about $50 including taxes, etc. The people were friendly and even checked by telephone after I checked in to make sure the room was ok. It's perfect for a person travelling alone, especially a good place to stay if you are working in the area. I'll be staying there every time I pass through Pendleton.
Cons: It was fine!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Less expensive, quite, great location, enjoyed downtown Pendleton!

Pros: It was very convenient to my destination. the hotel had a decent breakfast in the morning. The hotel reception was very courteous and engaging. However, the morning staff attending breakfast needs to be more personable, peppy too! They were very attentive
Cons: There were many transient persons near the hotel waiting for travelers such as myself-it appeared they were looking for monetary assistance-I even saw one individual watching us as he drove through the hotel parking lot.

7.5 Good
Pros: It had a fridge, microwave flat screen tv and comfortable beds.
Pros: Clean
7.1 Good

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, well lit, safe
Cons: Bathroom is outdated but functional and clean. Road is a little loud at times.

Cons: Room smelled moldy. Towels were scratchy. Heater in the room was right next to bed within 6 inches.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Convenient quick online booking
Cons: The unknown tablet on bathroom floor and spider in the bed. Staff was unusual. Didn’t seem very friendly or personable.

7.5 Good
Pros: the pool and hot tub area
Cons: the beds weren't very comfortable and the hot water in the shower was not very hot, almost Luke warm after 6 min shower
