As on previous occassions we find the staff very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was excellent, bed very comfortable and room very clean, with everything provided. A wonderful selection for breakfast, a great steak house for the evening meal with friends. Walking distance to the City centre for all your shopping. We will be back.
The breakfast was good, although a bit expensive. The location of the hotel was great, both close to the conference center and the city malls. The staff were very helpful and friendly
The wireless internet was very expensive,- approx 150 AUD for a week!
the efficient and courteous staff for whom nothing was a problem. the swimming pool with towels provided.
the bathroom was very 'old' and seemed to let the standard down. not merely in it's fitout but obviously requiring some maintenance too.
