Pros: Excellent location, easy walk from the ProntoBus, trains, and the beach. The continental breakfast was the best I've seen with exceptional variety and specially prepared breakfast options. Staff was quite friendly and accommodating with excellent English language skills.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were outstanding -- super friendly and helpful. even provided us with a bit of a history lesson about Pescaras rile in WWII which I was very interested in learning about. Staff treated customers like they were the owners, which for all I know perhaps they were. Breakfast was outstanding. Excellent location very close to restaurants shopping and waterfront. Pescara is a bit off the beaten tourist path but that is why we went. Would definitely stay here again if we make it to this part of the world again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Service was excellent! Very clean, great breakfast, and attentive service!!!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff are very nice. They couldn’t do enough to make sure you are comfortable and happy. The breakfast is very good, and although the rooms are spartan, they are very clean.
Cons: The beds and pillows and bed covers could be and should be improved, and the showers definitely need updating. Also the red vinyl decor isn’t great.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, with AC. Staff were very helpful with questions and kind. Breakfast was good and in a pleasant room full of morning light.
Cons: Like many buildings in Italy it is not accessible for those with disabilities. I had difficulty carrying my luggage up several flights of stairs in the summer heat.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very central location, comfortable modern room, friendly staff and very good breakfast. And all great value for money.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very well located for beach, shopping, eating and easy walk to the railway station. Modern decoration, comfortable room, nice to have kettle for making tea and coffee. Lovely breakfasts.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location and room and bathroom was very well furnished and modern. Liked the little balcony too.
Cons: Would have been good if we could have adjusted the air conditioner.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Located near many good restaurants and bars. Short walk (approx 5 minutes) from the parking at the bus station.
Cons: The street noise at night could be bothersome. You definitely need to keep the windows closed.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: It was clean
Cons: When I research the property it said there was parking. When I got there I found out the parking was at least a quarter of a mile away. The property was on the second floor access only by stairs. when I was going down the stairs at night the hall light turned off and I slipped and fell. When I turn the light off in the room I received a message that I turned it off the wrong way. Big Brother is watching me. Or in this case the owner.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. 2 mins from the beach. It was right In the centre of the shopping district. Room always clean and even tho the bathroom was a wet room it was very beautifully designed. MF are very environmentally conscious which is a nice and the staff are so very sweet.
Cons: As a vegan its hard to have breakfast in Europe. I tend to eat a lot of fruits which I suppose is good for me, MF are gluten free conscious but not vegan. Breakfast was always a let down. However I was able to buy my own milk and keep in it their fridge for coffee in the mornings so that was nice.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I love flowers and felt the interior design of the property suited the area, flowers give any building a soft fresh beautiful approach. I was so relaxed I overslept one morning and I received a texting wondering if I was ok. I was met with my luggage in Pescara as I had no roaming broadband to use my google maps. I have arranged with my provider to have this in future.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely fabulous place to stay in Pescara. The rooms are above a lively side-street with some very cool and cosy bars. Try Cava Bar directly under the hotel for a superb Negroni. Our room was clean and comfortable, with designer touches. As soon as you close the window and shutters the noise of the street disappears. I had the best sleep in ages. Breakfast is typically Italian with good coffee and some savoury options (cheese, salumi, bread) and of course CAKE. Would definitely stay here again.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Food was good. Staff was very kind and professional. Actually there was nothing that bothered us.
Cons: /
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. The design, the layout , the facilities but most of all the amazing food.
Cons: I liked everything , but it is aimed at children and families so be prepared if you are after somewhere quiet after a hard day skiing .
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location for skiing. It isn't advertised well enough, but you can turn up with nothing and buy a ski pass and ski hire on site. The hotel even gives 20% discount on ski hire in the shop downstairs. Restaurant was excellent value and great staff,
Cons: Hotel front of house staff were poor, failed to deal with my noise complaint (their own disco) which continued into the hotels "quiet times"... We were furious about this yet received no apology, although they agreed to move us as far away as possible. Noise in general, in both our rooms you could hear your neighbours every move.
7.1 Good
Pros: Good restaurant ...don't expect gourmet .. but it served good quality and good value family-like meal.
Cons: Hotel is located at the foot of ski hill which was THE major reason for choosing it. The next reason was the availability of a spa (hot tub, turkish bath, sauna) , which was small but well set up .... but we expected it would have been included in the price of the room.. which was a bit high for what it was ... it would have been good value if the use of the spa was not an additional charge. If you expect to attract non-Italian clients, it would be good to have access to non-Italian television channels (news, films, etc) for when you can't go our and enjoy the skiing. Must absolutely rewire the rooms. Modern standards require plugs by the bedside to recharge phones. This was not available in our room.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is right on the slopes with easy access to the ski lifts and ski hire, ski schools & ski passes all available right on the doorstep. The staff were all amazing, so friendly & helpful they made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel is very clean and cosy & warm.
Cons: The drinks at the bar were just too expensive at 5 euro a 33cl bottle of beer & 2 Euro a small bottle of water. Would have used the bar more often if the prices had been reasonable. We had a car so were able to drive to Roccaraso and fill the boot with supplies. The hotel/guests can be noisy when trying to sleep.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful desk staff. Restaurant service was excellent! Ski in, ski out location. Parking and breakfast included.
Cons: The door didn't keep out any sound from the hallway. The memoryfoam bed in our room might need to be replaced, it just compressed under me, so I ended up in a trough (I only weigh 52kg) . Pillow was pretty uncomfortable.
7.5 Good
Pros: The reception staff are excellent, very kind and friendly. The restaurant staff are also charming. The hotel is welcoming and I would return. It is perfectly situated at the bottom of the slopes, right next to the lifts.
Cons: The hotel was extremely noisy with families and children shouting, screaming and banging around the hallways outside the rooms right up until midnight. This is very inconsiderate and rude behaviour by fellow guests. This behaviour should be discouraged by the hotel as it is unacceptable. Guests should be told to be quiet after 10.30pm. Also the mattress was hard and fairly uncomfortable.

6.0 Good
Pros: The room was clean and the staff were friendly, but there were extra charges for everything... extra charge for parking (which was a 5-10 minute walk away from the hotel, which is a bit hard on busy streets with small children and suitcases), extra charge for breakfast (even for the smallest child), and overall just felt a b disappointing.
Cons: The room was clean and the staff were friendly, but there were extra charges for everything... extra charge for parking (which was a 5-10 minute walk away from the hotel, which is a bit hard on busy streets with small children and suitcases), extra charge for breakfast (even for the smallest child), and overall just felt a b disappointing.

Cons: Very central. Bus stops just in front of the hotel. Train station 10 minutes away. Will definitely stay again

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room was very comfortable, the breakfast "tailor-made", the staff extremely polite and professional, the suggestions for a night out dinner to the point...
Cons: The furniture was a bit outdated
5.0 Okay
Pros: The room was large and clean there was on site parking
Cons: We paid the extra for a suite but it just wasn’t worth the money The room itself was poorly equipped:- Beds as hard as a rock No cupboards or storage space No tea or coffee facilities No iron or ironing board - got an iron from reception but no board The aircon adjustment didn’t work Italian only TV The shower is exposed so you need to be comfortable showering in front of whoever is in the room
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Extremely nice staff: friendly and really caring about their guests. Very clean. Huge bathroom.
Cons: A bit far for from the city centre (still walking distance as Pescara is relatively small) and in a quite shabby area. Double bed was not the most comfortable (2 mattresses in a double bedroom are not ideal for solo travellers who end up in the middle of the bed during the night, like me)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A lovely property tucked away in a quiet street across the river from the centre of Pescara. Easy walking distance. The breakfast is made to order. The staff very helpful and there is parking on site.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We got the fun room with the big bathtub and fun shower with mood colored lighting. How great to fall asleep on the perfect bed while watching the light colors change. Lovely staff and very complete and delicious breakfast.
Cons: I didn't spend enough time there.

5.4 Okay
Pros: The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful
Cons: There was sand all over the floor and the bathroom was quite small
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It is right next to the beach. However, there was almost nobody (and most beachfront restaurants/cafes shut) in early November. The room is small but nicely equipped. The included breakfast is overall very good (not many items, but enough varieties). The front desk staff are pleasant and speak good English.
Cons: It is a little far from train station and central shopping area. However, I guess people (mainly in summer) come to stay here for beach, not for shopping. :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very kindly Staff - nice location
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very good home made pastry at breakfast Nice staff
Cons: The breakfast didn’t had lots of stuff except the cakes Expensive private beach
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great and incredibly welcoming. I really thank everyone and wish I could find the same kindness elsewhere. Congratulations and thank you.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location is good and the downstairs lobby and breakfast area is very nice.
Cons: The rooms are nice to but at a closer look you see that they urgently need renovation. My first room was in a very poor condition. The walls had paint coming off, all handles in the bathroom were loose and when I showered, water leaked through the wall into my room. I complained and got only the next day another room and they did not offer any financial compensation for this disasterous room. The next room was better but also here you could see small cracks in the pain, scratches and broken tiles.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, excellent sweets made by Angela, everyday she cooked different one's, very pleasant and helpful person.location of hotel near the beach, and close to centre... about 800 meters,
Cons: Size of room
