Cons (-) I ordered a king size room and got two gueen size beds. They weren't very accommodating and their rooms are outdated. Fridge didn't work well and had to program remote for tv. Also the room was wasn't as clean as it could have been. Missed the details.

Pros (+) I booked a room on line with no views of the island and got upgraded to a islnd view on the 3rd floor. Hotel was very clean. Lovely stay.
Cons (-) The carpet by the entry was starting to give out and I stepped on a tack strip a few times, watching TV there coaxial are not tucked away behind the TV. I know i stayed at the end of the season so I expected much worse than that.

Pros (+) Lakeside view rooms even when I booked a non-lakeview room. Awesome breakfast. The catering staff were really friendly and helpful even at the end of the breakfast sessions. Nice grounds. Very near to all the docks. Would definitely recommend.
