Pros (+) I liked that we had a view of Lake Huron.
Cons (-) The coffee pot was not cleaned out. The beds are old. The staff was rude. The worst thing was that we had blood stained sheets and they did not believe us that they were there on arrival and refused to provide a refund for the night we had them. We will NEVER stay there again!

Pros (+) The room needed a little updating but everything was very clean. Loved that it was right on the lake.
Cons (-) It was a little too far to walk to the downtown area.

Pros (+) Best thing about it was being right on the beach! Massive pool and hot tub complex, fire pits and volleyball!
Cons (-) The only draw back was that the pool and the laundry room both closed too early!

Cons (-) WiFi connection was poor. Had little hot water for shower. Toilet tank took forever to refill.

Pros (+) Clean nice view. Pillows were flat but I forgot mine and I always pack my own pillow so my fault. I would stay again in a heart beat.
Cons (-) Not much for a Bfast but the restaurant across the street was amazing so no big deal. And I am a pick Bfast person they had cereal and toast ect...

Pros (+) The waterfront was great, gorgeous view! We were able to see the milky way and shooting stars. Rooms were clean. The pool was well kept.
Cons (-) The rooms were dated and smelled old. Breakfast was limited, and did not have healthy options. Overall worth the price.
