10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is the place you want to just sit on your balcony and enjoy the views or hours/days. It sits on a cliff overlooking the lake and beach below with the Andes towering in the background in almost every direction. You can hear the water crashing in to the beach as you lay in bed or as you are taking a bath with the same view as the balcony. Located between the center of town and Circuito Chico. Way better than staying in any place closer to downtown as it’s much more relaxed and residential feel. Very well thought out hospitality and everything you could need for your stay has been provided including rental cars in the parking lot should you need one. Highly recommend.
Cons: That I had to leave.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We had the absolute BEST view you could possibly ask for and loved the location a little outside from the center of town and away from all the touristy stuff. The staff was super friendly and helpful and all the food we had was delocious
Cons: The only thing that was a little spotty was the wi-fi, but since we were on vacation we didn’t really bother about it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing views. Beautiful setting Extremely helpful staff
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly, competent and professional. The setting was beautiful, situated on a hillside overlooking the lake with use of the mountains as well. The rooms were large, clean and the beds were incredibly warm and comfortable. Loved the morning breakfast and the jet tubs in the bathrooms!
Cons: Only one small drawback was the occasionally slow Wi-Fi and Internet connection in my cottage. I also had a challenge with my transfer from the arrival at the airport to the hotel, but the hotel apologized and made sure that my return transfer was efficient and on time and reduced the cost. Overall this is a very friendly, beautiful and professionally-staffed hotel and perfect for people who love the outdoors and comfort at the same time.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Good chef. Excellent nutrition.
Cons: Larger room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Not less than perfect. It was the best way to finish our honeymoon.

Pros: The location is amazing.
Cons: The rooms in the old wing are outdated and tired. The food menu does not change and gets boring after the second day.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Check in / check out staff Bathroom quality
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel itself and the spectacular setting, excellent staff and service.
Cons: Gym facilities mediocre
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Some of the service was "typically" Argentinian (i.e. a little slow). At least by North American standards.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Perfect hotel and amazing views
Cons: The reception and concierge were rude, especially the concierge was horrible, when I asked more about the transportation, he got impatient and said “do as you wish” without even looking at me. BTW, this hotel has big issue with transportation, they block taxi coming in and charge you twice as much as you take taxi outside. I spent less than 1300 pesos from airport by taxi, but they charge 2100 pesos for that service and refuse to call taxi service for you!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view of the lake and mountains was utterly stunning, and the property is surrounded by beautiful views of lakes and mountains. The Moreno wing is quiet and has terrific views.
4.0 Okay
Pros: the location is stunning. really impressive. in a bay in the middle of the lake just in front of the mountains. there are plenty of activities. watersports, archery, covered & uncovered swimming pool, spa, etc. the hotel facilities are nice, especially those that were renovated. the staff is helpful and kind
Cons: the rooms are extremely poor. not by chance up to the standard offered. they are not worth the price paid. there is no a/c in most of the rooms. the bathrooms are old and not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel. the toiletries & others are of poor quality. same for the bath appliances (hairdryer, etc). the rooms are not even close to a 5 star standard. the value for money is very poor.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely everything. Service was superb, facilities are excellent considering it’s a “boutique” hotel, the food one of the best in Bariloche and one of the most beautiful views you you will see in Bariloche.

Pros: Dinner was fantastic. Grounds were beautiful, lots of interesting art.

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hospitality, breakfust, helpfull staff, spa with free fruit. They called the car company to ask about the voucher We needed for driving to Chile.
Cons: Nothing. Well, maybe one thing. if you shower, parts of the bathroom gets wet.
7.5 Good
Cons: We stayed 5 nights here and our room looked at a concrete wall with partial lake view. I did request a room change but was advised there was a cost to upgrade to another room. The indoor pool did not open until 12 0’clock each day, so we could not have an early morning swim before our day trips. We noticed how differently we were treated at reception check in compared to an American family. The American family were treated with much more interest and respect.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: There wasn’t a USB port in the room and I didn’t have my adapter for 240v so that was a little inconvenient. Otherwise great stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel with amazing views of the lake. The staff was exceptional and very helpful with recommending places to go and restaurants.

Featured amenities include express check-in, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff and restaurant!!! Denise was specially helpful. Very comfortable room with balcony and amazing view. We'll be back as soon as possible!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was away from the downtown area which is more hectic, dirty and noisy. Great views from your room. Short path down to a quiet dock on the lake where we did morning yoga. Close to outdoor activities that we participated in. Tasty breakfasts. Comfortable lounge and yard areas. Great massage where you get worked over like you’re a professional athlete.
Cons: The temperature in the room was a bit hard to control so it’d get too hot at night and you couldn’t leave the balcony door open or else bugs or these falcons that hang out on the porch could wander in (no screen door). Not a big deal overall - you can open a small bathroom window and get some cool air.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: amazing place, great restaurant.
Cons: perhaps some heating system problem, the room was cold. Internet didn't work.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful small boutique hotel overlooking the lake. Secluded and quiet. Very nice restaurant in the hotel. Right off the Circuito Chico with hiking and other activities nearby. 5 minute drive to the dock for boats to Isla Victoria. Great restaurants nearby.
Cons: Quite a drive from the airport and is tucked away off a dirt road. No problem if you have a car.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous property, lovely clean rooms with amazing views over the lake and friendly, helpful staff. We were apprehensive about booking this property without having a car rental, however we were able to arrange activities (bike rentals, kyacking, taxi's) directly from the hotel and being a bit further out of town was worth it to stay here for the 4 nights we had in Bariloche. Would definitely come back!
Cons: The consistency of the restaurant - the first night we had a great dinner, the second it was quite average. Not sure what the difference between the days was but the second night put us off eating there again.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful staff... English, Spanish and Portuguese speakers, they gave us lots of good recommendations and helped us reserving programs and external services. I strongly recommend the lake view. An spectacular view of the mountains, lake and nature every morning.
Cons: You should definitely rent a car, the hotel is a bit far from everything. Rental prices are quite high so I recommend making reservations as soon as possible. Consult the staff to see if they can get you a better price on rental - this is not particular to this hotel though, it is a good thing to have a car to move around independently of where you stay in Bariloche.

Pros: Juan is really welcoming and an excellent host. The apartment is really big and has everything you need to feel at home and cook. It is clean, peaceful and spacious. Great wifi, not far from the city or lake, onsite parking, kids play area, good value for money. We stayed for one night but could have stayed longer if we had the time.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic hotel in a private gated town just outside Bariloche. Very smart hotel with great facilities and very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: In terms of location, it is outside the town and you need a car to get there. This wasn’t a problem for us though as we really liked staying outside Bariloche and weren’t very interested in the town itself. In fact we loved the location of the hotel with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Big room with great view and spacious bar and sitting areas. Note the hotel is way outside Bariloche town, and a little difficult to find. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was pretty good.
Cons: Over enthusiastic security getting into and out of the complex, which includes a golf course and many private homes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good place to relax 100%. If you searching for peace Arealauquen is a perfect place.

Pros: The location was good and the view from the bedroom was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and the dinner selection excellent

5.0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast is excelent and the room good cleaned.
Cons: The location is quite isolated for travelling without car. There is no close place to eat and the hotel's restaurant has only a very few basic alternatives. In addition the swimming pool's water dyed my hair in green coloured.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice place to stay. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Definitely recommend!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly personnel, very good breakfast, clean and spacious room, fridge and some tableware in the room. It's very good place to avoid morning/evening road jams as you're closer to the mountain, though because of this it's quite high and it takes around 15 min to get to the center of the village
Cons: There were not enough place to store staff, like any cupboard would work, but there was not any. Would be awesome to have a tea pot in the room ...
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice room, decent size. Good shower. Little kitchenette in the room. Very helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Good location for bariloche.
Cons: A kettle in the room would be nice. Although there was a microwave which worked.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very basic but good breakfast! Strong coffee :) Friendly yet down to earth staff, very low key, chill place. A great place to be a base camp :)
Cons: The facilities were quite basic and straightforward, which fit our needs perfectly. If someone was looking for more luxury, The walls were somewhat thin, which is to be expected for the area and age of the building. It wasn't a problem for us.
9.6 Excellent
Cons: 20 minute walk into town but not a problem for us
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room we got was huge. With a private small kitchen and table. The staff was great and accepted late check-in, and also gave us recommendations for dinner

Pros: The people working at the hotel are wonderful! We received excellent restaurant recommendations from them and their breakfast service was great! Also, every room has a fantastic view of Lago Nahuel Huapi and Bariloche city. The location of the View Hotel is pretty good--easily within walking distance of a mercado and many good/great restaurants and coffee shops.
Cons: The bed was a little firm for my wife's taste and the bathroom was smallish.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing view and location. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very accommodating. Friendly, courteous and warm was our experience.
Cons: I didn’t appreciate booking.com saying that there was only one room left at the time of booking when we know that was untrue. It makes me distrust booking.com.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved our stay at the View Hotel. The owners are warm, welcoming and super friendly and helpful. When we checked in, they gave us a map with lots of recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area, and offered to help us with booking any excursions if we needed. Our room was lovely; a good size, with great storage for clothes, a mini fridge, good air con (we had really hot weather during our stay, so that was essential!), excellent bathroom with a really good shower, a comfy bed, and a beautiful view over the lake. It was also always super clean. The hotel is also in a great location - just a short walk from nearby restaurants and bars, and the town centre. Breakfast was good too, with plenty of choice, and again warm service from the hotel owners. Overall, the hotel has a really lovely family atmosphere and great hospitality, which we thoroughly enjoyed. I would definitely come back and stay again - highly recommended.
Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like. However, the hotel doors are always locked, so when we came back from being out late at night, we would have to ring the bell to be let in, waking the owners up each time. They never seemed to mind that in the slightest, and were always friendly and glad to see us back - but it did make us feel rather guilty about having to disturb them constantly. That's the only thing I would say, which wasn't really a downside at all for us, only perhaps for them!

Cons: See above.

5.8 Okay
Pros: Pretty hotel with lots of windows facing the lake. Nice rooms with windows that open to to lake with great views and balconies. Very nice staff many of whom are bilingual English/Spanish. Very good massage.
Cons: The food at the restaurant is terrible. Dinners with flavorless meat and vegetables, gazpacho soup that is nothing but flavorless water, and cold eggs and potatoes at breakfast! The restaurant is very below the standard of the rest of the hotel. Also the hotel does not have air conditioning and the summer is quite hot in Bariloche making it difficult to sleep.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Well located hotel with great views. Very comfortable, spacious and well appointed rooms.

Pros: Absolutely excellent hotel with a stunning view of the lake. The breakfast, swimming pool, spa, staff and facilities were all amazing.

Pros: We just loved the place - the apartment was very cozy and comfortable. Juan, the host is amazing. The breakfast was good - the bathroom very clean and nice. Highly recommended!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent place to spend holidays. Thanks to huge windows in the living room the views over the Nahuel Huapi lake are to die for. We preferred to have our dinners delivered to the hotel and have a dinner with a view over the lake than to visit some of the best restaurants in Bariloche (where the food and views were not that splendid). Staff cannot be more helpful and friendlier, anything we asked for was delivered promptly and with a smile. Apartments are spacious and well stocked. Overall, one of the best, if not the best, accommodations we stayed in in the recent years. We hope to come back soon.
Cons: Bathtub could have been larger.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It was beautiful, spacious, and clean and the staff was very helpful.
Cons: It was a little far from town

Pros: The location was very good, the staff was as helpful as they could be, the breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. The lobby was spacious and the elevators worked well and were fast and uncrowded. The fitness center was excellent and the pool was beautiful. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. There was a good safe in the room and plenty of hangers for clothes.
Cons: The carpet was old and stained and needed a good cleaning, the walls needed some plaster and paint, the bed was a bit hard. The staff was always nice but many of them could not speak English or not well. However, we made everything work. Because I speak Italian, it was a bit easier.

Pros: Breakfast, location, attention, facilities, Food
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was excellent, much better than the NH hotels in Buenos Aires. Main street is a few blocks away. There are excellent restaurants nearby. Staff was very helpful. My only regret is that we did not stay longer. We plan to come back at least for a week so we can explore more.

Pros: the locaton
Cons: bathroom small and outdated
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Old and tired - aged a bit since photos - things don’t quite work as they used to
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: We had a very noisy room despite requesting a quiet one. They said they were full and couldn’t change it. To compound matters the heating was turned on despite daytime temperatures around 26c so we had to have windows open. Beds were made with Duvets on!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely views of the lake, incredibly helpful staff, location, fine breakfast, nice bar/lounge and common areas, with great views.
Cons: Night noise from the street (the windows were great at minimizing this!), rooms are a little tired (carpet is very worn and stained, drapes had tears, but nothing extreme).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was ok, It fulfiled the ojective but it did not surprise me. The launge was extremely comfortable and the bar was ok as well.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Walking distance to downtown bariloche.
Cons: Very loud street facing room, the bed was extremely hard and small to share with 2 people. Feels much more like a motel room than a hotel. Loud creaky floorboards in hallway, badly stained carpet. This hotel also claims to have free parking, but in fact they have a very small parking area and did not have enough spaces for us and other guests. They told us to park on the street, but didn't inform us we had to track down someone in a green vest to pay-we ended up with a parking ticket.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was good Breakfast was pretty good
Cons: Bed could have been a little more comfy
6.0 Good
Pros: A fancy looking hotel with a grande entrance. The staff at reception were cool and not very friendly, especially with (I still don't understand why) a very lengthy checking in process. The room was large and had a view over the lake which was mainly obscured by trees so not really worth it. Bed was comfy but not exceptional and if you want a bath they are tiny! Dated decorations in the room does not really give that luxury feel but it is all clean. I am glad we got an extremely cheap deal on booking.com as the advertised prices in the hotel were definitely not worth it. The location is great though.
Cons: Bath was very small. Reception staff were not very friendly or helpful. Room decor dated. Lake view should in some rooms is largely obscured by trees so really not worth the extra money - especially as you have to be standing to enjoy it, which isn't exactly what you want to do when relaxing in the bedroom.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Located in the heart of Bariloche but the receptionist was not friendly at all at check in. Good thing it was only for 1 night
Cons: Small, impersonal and dingy. Bathroom was so small that you almost had to step into the bidet to get out of the shower. No bath mat provided.
7.0 Good
Pros: Right in the centre. Staff helped me arrange nearby cheap and secure parking, which I was able to exit at an early hour.
Cons: The Reception area, despite the good staff, was sterile and the hotel didn’t appear to offer anything more than bedrooms (which were fine),
9.6 Excellent
Pros: IT was clean, close to downtown, friendly staff.
Cons: The room has small space between bed and wardrobe.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Value for the money.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location fabulous ...for youngsters!!! Not for adults
Cons: If you take a room with a Wien to the street it’s a guarantee for no having the possibility to sleep before 3 o’clock in the night. Even if the room have double window you can hear clearly all the noise from the bowling in front of the window across the street
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is amazing and clean room
Cons: The staff wasn’t friendly
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed and super clean.
