10.0 Excellent
Pros: Exceeded all expectations. Great quality and service. We were very sad to leave!
Cons: The espresso martinis werent strong enough and lots of mosquitoes in the rooms by the pool i wouldnt recommend going with children as its a party hotel
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I thought the staff were nicer than any other hotel
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly front desk staff, beautiful room and views, proximity to Ushuaia, nice pool
Cons: There isn’t a regulated taxi line and I had a man cut me in line and scream in my face trying to get my taxi, The hotel needs someone regulating this line for the price you pay to stay here
7.1 Good
Pros: Great showers
Cons: Drinks far too expensive
7.1 Good
Pros: The hotel is brand new and overall the facilities are excellent and well maintained. Further the hotel is well laid out and thought through when it was constructed in 2014. Further it is well located if you are 25-35 and looking to party (i saw some people here with families and this is not that right hotel for that.. if you walk down the street people are trying to sell drugs... etc)
Cons: It is clear that the drain in the shower goes directly into the sewage line and so the shower smells very bad especially when you leave the door closed. Further if you are used to staying in hotels that cost ca EUR 500-600 per night dont expect the same level of service here. The service is quite bad (one ex we had to ask 3 times for a menu at the pool and then had to wait for 30 min for our drinks to arrive and then they were not right and the glasses had lipstick on them). However i would imagine that most of the guests do not notice that these things are missing as they are not used to it so it should not be a problem.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone that worked there went above and beyond. There was so much to do from pool parties to lounging beach front. The all inclusive breakfast was amazing!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel with fantastic views and facilities. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Ibiza
Cons: Lack of TV/Film options on a stormy day

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very friendly. The hotel is situated right in the centre of San Antonio Bay - excellent location with lots of restaurants, supermarkets and bars in very close proximity. The partial sea view twin room was massive with plenty of space for 4 people. Would definitely go back!!
7.9 Good
Pros: Very clean and good big apartments! Well equipped with all necessary thinks you may need. Nice view and beautiful sunsets. Cool pool area
Cons: It is quite away from all the life around. So you have to take bus or taxi all the time. It's mentioned in the description that they give you free transfer on the beach es Cavallet but this is not true. Last year info
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Second visit, superb hotel in all aspects, lovely bonus free spa. Very hetro friendly, don't be put off by the gay aspect if you are not gay! Wouldn't stay anywhere else.
Cons: It rained 2 out of 5 days!
5.8 Okay
Pros: The design of the rooms
Cons: they stole extra money from my credit card due to the lack of professionalism, I paid cash at the property and they still took the same amount stating that I did not pay at all
7.9 Good
Pros: The hotel was clean and very well presented. I stayed with my girlfriend and although this hotel is targeted towards LBGT community we felt totally comfortable and the vibes were great.
Cons: The beds were like crisp packets. Mattress was a total let down for the price. You’ll get a better nights sleep at holiday inn. Apart from that everything else was great.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely apartments and staff, pool and food around the pool were great
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing that I could fault
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff are very friendly and welcoming. We checked in late and still was able to upgrade to a aparment suite with a big balcony. The facility's are great, pool area with access to a private beach away from the busy party strip, but still very close to the action if you wanted to go there. Views were amazing, food was really good and you should visit the spa.
Cons: Room service not 24 hours
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious apartment, huge double bed to sleep in any direction you want, marvellous view of Sant Antoni, large balcony, perfect and superfriendly staff (especially the young waiter by the pool bar MANO, thank you MANO!) and Adriano at the reception who gave us a free upgrade to the sunset condo!)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Todo perfecto! Stanza, staff, reception, swimming pool.
Cons: Nada
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The Axel hotel was clearly recently redone to the highest standards. Its clean, fresh and the walkway to the rooms is a work of art. My room was huge! All the staff were so friendly and helpful
Cons: Be warned that the music from downstairs can be heard in the rooms. But the dont start too early and it always quiets down by 10. Its just that sneeky naptime which you need to plan. :-)

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Awesome breakfast! Variety and quality were top!!!
Cons: Car parking is small and it should be easier to get in and out!!
5.4 Okay
Pros: The amount of choice for breakfast. The modern decor.
Cons: Couldn’t open the patio door, fridge didn’t work, no extra blankets in the room, bar staff were really miserable. The location in that part of Ibiza is awful. People jumping about singing and clapping like we were in a kids club. Staff seemed to love the Italians, not the English so much!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The facilities were great, staff were amazing, a lot of things to do around the complex with activities.
Cons: Breakfast was very average and no hairdryer in the changing rooms for people using showers after they have checked out.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was abundant and excellent in quality and quantity, rooms very clean and spacious
Cons: It would have been nice to have coffee facility in the room, also, whilst at the pool there was a team cutting a tree which made it very noisy and found it very unusual and disturbing whilst we were trying to relax.. other than that very pleasant stay
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean and new, very good breakfast.
Cons: Slamming of doors in the morning
9.6 Excellent
Cons: Could do with tea/coffee/kettle in room

Cons: Liked everything
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was nice and quiet in the rooms at night, with comfortable beds too. It had a very chilled atmosphere, great complimentary breakfast and the staff were lovely. They made you feel at home, were very welcoming without being too overbearing and very helpful and knowledgable about the surrounding area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: 10 points
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing staff who made our visit exceptional!!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very luxurious. The staff were very helpful with suggestions of beaches and restaurants and ordering taxis.
Cons: The area was not great. Very quiet. The hotel was a little oasis though! You definitely need a car to explore the prettier beaches and towns.
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff were very friendly and great with my daughter, the location was central to the best beaches and restaurants in the San Josep area, it was a quiet and relaxing atmosphere
Cons: Agreed an upfront cost in emails via booking.com of 15euros for a baby bed to be in my room for my 2 year old daughter, however was charged 50euros a day which was the 3 year old + rate and they wouldn’t accept the agreement when challenged, I even got my daughters passport out to prove her age and they wouldn’t check it, the terms and conditions on the room paperwork for additional children also stated 20euros for children from 0-2 years old. So was very disappointed that a place as nice as ses pitreras would do this. For that reason unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to others or visit there again just in case they had the same treatment and was overcharged too.
7.9 Good
Pros: Very good food, nice family atmosphere, beautiful pool landscape. Very clean rooms and friendly and hardworking cleaning staff. Service staff was friendly and able to provide very good recommendations in terms of restaurants and sight seeing tours.
Cons: Very good food, but a little too small portions at high prices. Outside the rooms there are no air conditioned areas - even in the foyer/reception it was very hot. The furnishings were nice, at least if you don't mind the wobbly water taps in the bath room. We were welcomed at the hotel bar and received a welcome drink - but it was a pity that it was charged - without having been announced beforehand. In general, the feeling crept in that every little thing was charged. So just a recommendation from our side: Little gifts keep friendship warm! :-)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff are so on top of their game.. Anything you require even things you forgot you need they would take care of everything.
Cons: Next-door was a loud hotel with daily entertainment so the relaxing atmosphere was effected.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful Boutique Hotel with great and lovely staff! A special thank to Philippe, Walter and Antonio!

7.9 Good
Pros: The hotel offers a really good breakfast (cooked breakfast, grains, cereals, pastries) and when you’re half board you can either have dinner or lunch. The options weren’t massive for dinner but they were tasty - drinks weren’t included. The times for dinner and lunch run from 12:00-19:00 and then 19:00-22:00.. so there’s plenty of food. The hotel has a few pools too and it wasn’t very busy. The location’s decent, everything’s around and there’s lots of off-licences
Cons: When the room’s cleaned, they didn’t give us fresh towels or linen which was strange. We left our towels on the floor but found these were just folded and put back up. The drinks at the bar weren’t great either. You have to give a deposit for the iron & collect it from reception which was a bit long. There was also a lot of noise during the morning (9am) possibly maintenance but, it could be annoying if you’ve just stumbled in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Comfy,stylish hotel.
Cons: Balcony could be more private from adjacent rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great, the room was nice too and staff were lovely
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved this hotel! Perfect combination of a great location but still not too loud. Staff were great, food was lovely, rooms are up to date and exceptionally clean. My favourite was the view looking over the harbour at breakfast and the pool area. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!
Cons: Housekeeping standard wasn’t the best and they kept forgetting the towels! Other than that everything was perfect.
6.7 Good
Pros: It was in a quiet location yet only a 10-15 walk to bars and clubs
Cons: Alcohol was expensive at the bar. No entertainment whatsoever at nite time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: perfect location
Cons: No double beds just singles pushed together
6.3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Some staff are not welcoming
6.3 Good
Pros: Chill out at pool.
Cons: Manager attitude at check in. Sold champagne rosé in place of cava and need to pay 3time the price. Not correct!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was very good, loads of food to choose from. The dinner was also great, amazing service. Pool was nice, lots of deck chairs and never too busy.
Cons: The lunch menu was not good. A lot of choice but all clearly cooked from frozen. One rude staff member on reception was quite short tempered with a group of us trying to book and taxi and also over the phone to another customer.

Featured amenities include express check-in, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Free valet parking is available onsite.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was stunning and the majority of the facilities gave you the option to enjoy the views unimpeded. Our welcome by the door staff and reception was faultless - the welcome drink being a nice touch. Our room was located on the "Laguna" pool which turns out is the pool for under 16's. In room facilities were good and include a kitchenette, large bathroom with walk in shower, separate bedroom either a terrace or balcony (terrace rooms are best on Laguna as you can walk straight out onto the pool, balconies are better for the view) however the mini bar was very expensive (we didn't touch it) but there was free tea, coffee and water in a carton.
Cons: The in room carton water tasted of cardboard which was unfortunate as they are trying to cut the plastic waste. The service in the restaurants was not great considering the price of the stay and food - specials quickly ran out, sides never came or when they did the main meal was cold, service was often very slow and waiting times were therefore longer than expected to order let alone get the meal. We were unaware that there was a circa £200/day deposit to be paid on arrival for the length of your stay and feel this should have been informed ahead of travel. The balance is refundable (minus the daily city tax) at the end of the stay but still could be an embarrassing situation for some. Under 16's are not allowed around the Infinity Pool regardless of behavior which is a shame if you are travelling as a family with teenagers and want to enjoy the tranquil views from this area - this perhaps would be better lowered to 12. It isn't an appropriate place for small Children to be. Rooms could do with a teapot - the massive tea bag didn't fit well in the tiny cup.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel. Breakfast was a real treat every morning. Food and drinks are very expensive and there don't seem to be any local shops so you don't have much choice but to pay the pricey hotel rates. Room was gorgeous, pool lovely, staff super friendly and helpful and the overall vibe is very cool. Infact, so cool that there are loads of 'influencers' taking pics everywhere you go. Shame but I don't suppose there's much they can do about that :)
Cons: Hotel food and drink prices. 9/10 euros for a cup of tea is slightly excessive! Pool food menu isn't very exciting.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms, facilities and pool are all great. Staff are friendly and spa is good.
Cons: Location is a little out of the way. However if you have a car then you will be fine.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Unique location, good food at breakfast, brand new modern minimalist rooms, everything very clean.
Cons: The cleaning lady turn down the temperature of a room from 23° to 19°, my wife and I didn’t realize it until it was too late, and we both caught a bad cold. Why on earth did the cleaning lady change the temperature of our room?!?!?! Grrrr!! *** There is room to add sun-chairs around the pool area, which I think they really should do. It was a constant irritant not knowing if we were going to be able to get a chair in a good spot. For this kind of money I don’t wanna have to think about that. **** Alcohol drinks at the bar are much too expensive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing amazing amazing!!!!!!
Cons: Everything. Food, service, pool and customer service.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was absolutely beautiful ,
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing resort and service!
Cons: That with a booking.com reservation you are apparently not eligible for Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) points. Please let me know if this is really the case??
7.1 Good
Pros: Views from pool and restaurant are amazing, pool bar is nice and service is ok there. Very good service in SPA-reception and good idea to bring well-known doctors for a week tour to hotel so that you can have treatments there. More or less good gym. Despite poor service the hotel is quite relaxing.
Cons: Worst service of most of the staff, which i have not seen in other 5* hotels. Cleaning has been very slow, not provided when requested but when they are able to do. Staff always forgot about claims or requests despite enormous number of staff at front desk. Breakfast was quite poor and not 5* standard. Food in restaurant (including breakfast) was not tasty at all, i would have changed the chief immediately. General manager should bring more attention to service. Overall the hotel is overpriced compared to service it delivers. Hotel is too far from infrastructure (restaurants, shops) and you should rent a car in the airport, otherwise you will spend 100 EUR (both ways) for each ride to main Ibiza attractions.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is ultra beautiful, far from the messy Ibiza and therefore you can have a relaxing time. Staff was very attentive.
Cons: Nothing, it was all perfect.

Pros: Staff friendly, pool area nice, room nice, right in beach
Cons: Lack of transport available to explore island. Long wait for taxis
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location with all you need for a pleasant stay
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is a total gem and we’re so glad we found it. The room was massive with a really good setup. We could see right across the beautiful beach from our balcony. The staff on the front desk were the nicest I’ve ever come across anywhere. I was constantly bugging them for taxis and they were always so good. Especially the staff member who I accidentally greeted with “Gracias” (fail). It’s on the doorstep of Cala Vadella beach which is so family friendly and quiet and mostly importantly beautiful. It’s also close to lovely restaurants (including a Paella place which was wickedly good) and supermakets. The pool on the premises was also lovely and it had a really nice mix of nationalities.
Cons: Nothing at all.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The bedroom was like a prison cell with no window. Some of the lights didn't work. There was no kettle reported it in the morning and still did not have by the evening had to ask again and then had to wait in reception for someone to find one. Which I then took back myself. Some of the staff were very unhelpful or completely ignored you. For the cost of the apartment I didn't think it was worth the money. Would not stay again.
7.9 Good
Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The Thai menu is excellent and also the food from the main menu. The pool is a decent size. Friendly staff. It's a very short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. The location is probably one of the best in Ibiza with a fantastic sunset. l
Cons: This is our 3rd time here now, the sunbeds are getting a bit tatty and need replacing. The view of the car park opposite the hotel wasn't inspiring but I've had worse.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location
Cons: N/a
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Huge room excellent location for beach and bars
Cons: Full length mirror and a side bureau in the bedroom
8.8 Excellent
Pros: the location and the beach are very beautiful.
Cons: 40 minutes to go to EIVISSA town with the taxi from calla vadella. a little expensive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything else is perfect here, the beach is super close to the aparthotel and is really beautiful, the swimming pool is nice, and even if you'll have an apartment right in front of the swimming pool you won't hear a sound in the morning, perfect walls!! If you rent a car or a motorcycle this is a very good location. The staff is super nice and kind, we had two apartments and both of them were perfectly maintained! Super happy
Cons: Just one little thing: if you need the towel to be changed you have to put them on the floor otherwise the housekeepers won't change them!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: The rooms are a bit dated and could do with a bit of investment

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Spotlessly clean, very helpful an friendly staff, food was outstanding !!!
Cons: Can’t even think about it, everything was super
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was the 2nd time we, as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and 9) have stayed at this hotel and this time was even better than the first!. (we have travelled a lot for my wife’s travel related job in the past and have never been back to the same hotel twice - until we came across this gem.) The staff are very friendly and helpful, always smiling and what’s even more impressive is they even remembered us from last year. Special thanks to Elena, who always had a smile and time to talk to us and Ana (who even stayed late to make sure we got off safely!). The rooms are a perfect size for the 4 of us, a separate bedroom for the adults with a built in wardrobe, free of charge safe, comfy firm mattresses and a TV. In the main living room there was a day bed and pull out bed (with legs) for the kids so they also got their own beds and a big screen TV. Bathroom with walk in shower and the usual free toiletries and towels. We had a small kitchenette with double hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and pots and pans, cups, utensils etc so we could make our own lunch in the room if needed. We were on a half board (food only) basis and I have to say the food is absolutely amazing, We have stayed in 5* hotels that don’t even come close to this. The key here is quality over quantity, although it’s a buffet, they don’t try and cook everything under the sun, they have a nice mixture and its cooked to a very high standard and chefs are on hand to cook fresh omelettes and fried eggs in the morning and fresh meat etc in the evening. We never had any issues at breakfast or at dinner. The wine list is also very good with a varied range of prices with the option to buy a glass or the bottle. If you opt for the bottle and don’t drink it all they will save it for you for the next night.
Cons: Coming home....
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good rooms, good sea view from the rooms balcony freindly staff, nice pool facilities
Cons: 500€ plus a night for an apartment was a bit too steep for having to paid for an accomodation which did not have a direct access to the beach. No room service was also a negative point.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The pool was nice, good location for families. The gym was small but ok for a few days. Good quality cardio equipment however very little for weights
Cons: The family rooms do not all have a patio, and what is not mentioned is that the patio is shared between all the rooms that do. So no private terasse .
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We had an apartment room and it was lovely and spacious and just what we needed for the two of us, the pool was a great size and having a shop in the hotel was very handy.
6.3 Good
Pros: It was clean. Good pool. Nice breakfast.
Cons: Hardly slept. Next door slamming doors continuously for first two nights. Cleaners used the hallway outside as a meeting and chatting point even though do not disturb on the door. Door sometimes slammed 5 times in a Minute.
6.7 Good
Pros: Good hotel, perfect for families, great breakfast!
Cons: Location - beach nearby couldn’t be used, as it was rocky. Sandy beach was pretty far. The surrounding area is not very nice, with old bars and restaurants, it gives you a dated feeling. You will need a car to move around! Apartment was really basic and small - value for money was pretty low, as it was pricey! If you are the kind of traveller to stay at the pool all day, this is your kind of hotel, otherwise, this is not for you! All in all, unimpressed ... expected more! The high score made me book it, but it is false..
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: On a one way street thatwas a bit run down
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very modern and extremely clean the staff were friendly and the breakfast was great and good selection and options
Cons: The car park needs permits as we noticed people Parking that we’re not staying at our hotel
9.2 Excellent
Pros: good family hotel in a good family location just away from the Hussle of Ibiza

Pros: Landhotel Calador was amazing. The structure is very nice and from the pool you can see Es Vedra. The place is quite and made taking care of the smallest details. You also can have good drinks and super good dinner in front of the pool, which is an amazing experience. People are nice and always super avaliable. Absoluly to go there if you are in Ibiza !
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location with great views, but please make sure you have a car (big parking is available) to be able to move around the island to see its beauty. Good option if you don't have to rush and ready to enjoy your stay) The room is not too spacious but has a fridge which quite a good bonus. Meals are optional, the buffet breakfast is quite good and served with hospitality.
Cons: Wifi on reception not reachable from remote areas. TV with German channels only. And don't repeat my mistake - select the option of accommodation with terrace and views!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Everything
7.5 Good
Cons: More facilities in the room. Tea/coffee etc
6.3 Good
Pros: the view, the position, so relaxing, near the beach. The restarurant is good.
Cons: no internet in bedroom (so important in my personal opinion).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Scenery, cleanliness, great staff
Cons: The tap-water is very salty for showering and general usage but that is an island issue and not unique to hotel.

Pros: The resort was very nice. They had towel rental for a 10 Euro deposit and lots of food selections. They also have a taxi stand out front which is handy for returning to the airport. The pools weren't crowded.
Cons: There is literally ZERO air conditioning. You feel cold air coming out of the air duct but it's not sufficient to actually cool the room. At our request they had someone out to fix it but no change. It is next to impossible to sleep because of this. So if you care about sleeping, do not book a room here. The pull out bed for the third person was also possibly the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. Several deck chairs are broken and need replacement. Even though the resort is nice I regretted booking here due to the lack of air conditioning.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place to party in San Antonio, The staff were amazing and it is very lively
7.5 Good
Pros: Location was great. Good selection of food for breakfast and alcohol wasn't expensive.
Cons: Rooms were a little basic, but fine for the price.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The location was ok but that was it!
Cons: From an extremely noisy, busy buffet dinner with the chef mixing uncooked chicken with cooked chicken (touching) on the grill to having a 2 euro token for a plastic glass for your all inclusive drink(only one token allowed) to no fridge in your room (have to use the shared one in reception) kind of sums up the hotel. Would NEVER book a playa sol hotel again on this experience. I had moved from the cheaper THB Naceo hotel which is 100metres down the road which was great!!
7.1 Good
Pros: Food was good
Cons: Rooms could do with being more modern and need a little face lift, new beds. Distance from San Antonio town is at least 15/20 min walk
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very friendly, rooms were spacious and comfortable and had an amazing view.
Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice location
Cons: Water pressure fluctuating when showering and hence temp of water changing - very poor aircon
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The selection of food at the hotel was good and varied. A little noisy though and no rosé wine, only red and white.
Cons: Limited selection of good restaurants within walking distance. But the taxi-boat to Sant Antoni was fun and only 3 euros, where there are many restaurants, clubs, bars, shops etc. Only 1 small shelf in the bathroom, so limited space to put toiletries.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great sea views, hotel situated right on the beach next to water taxi for going across the bay. Good mixture of age groups.
Cons: A shortage of sun loungers
7.9 Good
Pros: Staff are friendly, and the place Is spotlessly clean. Amazing cleaners
Cons: The food was disgusting, there wasn't hardly any options for food especially for our children. It was cold and i heard a few people say it was awful. The fruit didn't seem fresh and watermelon was old. Wasn't impressed at all. We often had to go out to eat as kids hated food here. The waiters charged different amounts for drinks even though we ordered same ones everytime. I wouldn't stay here again

Cons: This is the best place to stay in Bossa. This was our third visit there. We love the hotel. The breakfast is delicious, the rooms are well kept and modern with an Ibizan twist and the vibe around the pool and the hotel itself is really chilled out. Thank you so much to the hotel for another fabulous stay!

Pros: Perfect value for money, walking distance to the famous clubs, clean rooms, comfortable beds, very friendly and fun employees, tasty and extensive breakfast, nice pool for some refreshment and close to the airport. I will definitely want to come back here!
Cons: Perfect for party/friends trip, but maybe not as cozy for couples looking for a romantic holiday, but that is rather driven by the area than the hotel itself.

2.5 Mediocre
Cons: On the last day and night of our stay there was no air conditioning in the hotel at all. There was a temperature of 38 degrees in our room which made it impossible to stay in the room. I wanted to check out from the hotel and asked for a refund for the last night, which was refused by the receptionist and was told the manager is only available the next morning, which I find ridiculous given the fact the room is useless for sleeping. The next morning I talked to the manager Linda and after a long discussion she made a call to her superiors and I was told that I will get a full refund for the last night to my credit card I used for the payment for the rooms. I accepted this however the money has not arrived since after a month!

Pros: So quirky!!!
Cons: Loved everything!!!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel, very nice atmosphere. Nice rooms and friendly personnel.
Cons: Not the best area to stay in, not very much to do or to see.
7.1 Good
Pros: Quirky decor and clean
Cons: The location was too far to San Antonio or any attractions if you are looking for a party holiday. The resort is in a family area
6.3 Good
Pros: Great vibe, pool area, DJ, quiet at this time of season and tasty food which was very reasonable.
Cons: Room was cramped, beds uncomfortable. Staff were ditsy, not very attentive. Messed food order up three times in three days.
7.5 Good
Pros: Overall the staff was really helpful. A big shoutout the Wesley in the pool bar who gave awesome recommendations and was just part of making the stay a cool experience. The pool area is really good, DJ sets during the day are well produced and food/drinks we awesome.
Cons: The area is horrible. It’s part of cheap stinky pubs and bars serving the tourists only. We parked our car in front of the hotel at designated areas however came back one night to the car being seriously scratched. We were told it’s better to park the car at the designated area behind the hotel.....that would have been nice to know before hand.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Style and cleanliness
Cons: Location
7.1 Good
Pros: The decor of the hotel was unreal, the food was amazing and the reception staff were lovely.
Cons: The waiting / bar staff were rude and very slow with ordering drinks. I ordered a cocktail and the waitress huffed and rolled her eyes like it was an issue for her to do her job.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Must stay place I would recommend very helpful staff and everything is nearby for daily needs
Cons: Everything was nice
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Cool, quirky hotel. Very ‘instagramable’ if you’re into that thing.

Overview Reviews
The Occidental Ibiza hotel (belonging to the Barceló Hotel Group and formerly the Barceló Pueblo Ibiza) is situated in a privileged area, just a few metres from the magnificent Port des Torrent beach and 10 minutes from the famous coves of Cala Compte, Cala Tarida and Cala Bassa. A modern motorway provides quick and easy access from this area to the Dalt Vila (old town) and the airport.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, modern
Cons: Nothing
7.1 Good
Cons: The drinks are cheap and the food is ok, we decided to eat out most meals.
7.5 Good
Pros: Close to a nice beach, public areas very clean and the selection of food was good
Cons: The scrum around the pool every morning! No sun beds available...due to towels laid on beds, with No people! Entertainment team, full on around the pool everyday!
5.0 Okay
Cons: The hotel was not all inclusive, the bar closed very early. The entertainment by the pool was constant and draining. There are not enough beds by the pool for the number of rooms. We ended up at the beach every day to get away
7.5 Good
Pros: We got a very warm welkom by Oscar, one of the receptionist. Although it was very busy, he was friendly all the time, to everybody. Even if your arrival or departure is before/after check-in/check-out, you can stay in the hotel and use the facilities. There was plenty of food, a lot of activities and good beds.
Cons: The website of Occidental Ibiza doesn't mention, that you can only have free drinks between 11AM - 6PM. We wanted to have water after 6 PM; that was not possible untill we had dinner. The airconditioning was leaking water, which woke us up during the night.
6.7 Good
Pros: Really helpful and friendly staff. Entertainment team go out of their way to make it special for kids and offer lots of activities throughout day if you want to stay around the hotel. We only stayed in one night and my kids loved the entertainment - my boy playing football and my girl watched the professional dancers. Clean hotel with air con. The local beach is lovely (good 5-8 minute walk down the road from the hotel). You can hire sun beds for the day (£30 euros for two + parasol). There are also water sport options, boats out to other beaches and some nice beachside restaurants - Sunset was lovely.
Cons: My real issue was the food. I cant eat Gluten (coeliac) and although there is information up saying staff can help you pick out Gluten free options - there really was hardly any options to pick from. One night there was only broccoli that I could eat from the hot counter which was really disappointing. They provide GF bread but its microwaved so its all chewy, soggy and horrible to eat - even though the packaging says bake for 10-15 mins. I honestly wouldn't mind waiting for it to bake if it was nicer to eat and provided me with more options to eat. Although my family were able to eat at the hotel - I had to source food for lunch and dinner out most nights which meant I ate separately from my family most nights - basically making the all inclusive not worth while at all. The range of food on offer wasn't huge and really basic. The snack bar also provide no GF options - its all pretty much beige food, hotdogs and ice cream The family rooms are small. We had 2 kids aged 8 and 6 and we struggled to have any space and it was impossible to keep the room tidy due to limited storage. You have to pay 10 euros deposit per beach towel you use. Although notices are up asking people not to claim sun beds around the pool - they do! If you don't get up at 7.30am and claim a bed you can be left without one - which is really disappointing as you can see most of the beds are empty most of the day until they bother to turn up. If you don't get one of the front beds it makes it difficult to keep a good eye on the kids whilst they are in the pool. Port De Torrent as an area is pretty run down... a few trinket shops and thats it. You have to get a bus or Taxi (if you can find one) to any local attractions. Ibiza is a really beautiful island and unfortunately Port De torrent needs some investment into the area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was amazing.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Food was good, plenty variety. Some premium brands included in all inclusive (smirnoff etc) you just need to ask for it. Good location with very very nice beach a few minutes walk away. Water taxi right into the heart of San Antonio every hour for about 5 euros. Daytime poolside entertainment not to my liking. But not too much if you want peace. Would happily stay again.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very quite and interesting location. Small cozy beach in 5 min by walk. Cala Conte/Cala Bassa/San-Antonio in 10 min ride by car. All-inclusive is very good. Rooms are modern and nice.
Cons: Not so clean sometimes in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was fantastic. Lovely friendly staff. Gorgeous pool area and the drinks were good quality (not watered down like down all inclusive we have been to) Great food. Every member of staff was helpful and smiling. An absolute pleasure and we will be back.
Cons: The pool area was a little cramped but always a sun bed available. The room could do with a unit with space to put makeup etc

5.4 Okay
Pros: The facilities were generally clean and the pool was nice.
Cons: The breakfast, while a huge spread, was not very good. The room was also quite small compared to what we expected for the price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is very underrated it’s fantastic, perfect location near some beautiful little beaches we loved it. The food on half board is fab, really is something for everyone ignore any negative reviews it’s really not true. We travelled with a 6 year old and have nothing negative to say. It’s should be 4stars. We’ll be back! Felt like this hotel wasn’t very well known to Brits, the decor has all been redone it’s beautiful!
7.1 Good
Pros: Bar staff were lovely. Next to lovely but busy beach area. Restaurants on beach were excellent.
Cons: Thought the food and dining area could be better. Quite expensive for what it offers.
4.6 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: The room very small and there were ants, the staff service, so noise during the day until 12pm due to the animation staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was a bonus
Cons: Inability to purchase meals
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Exceptionally lovely staff, great service and very clean.
Cons: Some areas obviously need upgrading - I understand this is happening. Better fitting doors would have helped the noise of suitcases rattling past the room door at 4am which did disturb my sleep.
3.6 Mediocre
Pros: The hotel was up the hill from a beautiful beach.
Cons: There was constant activities and noise especially with the location of our room. It was loud during all day hours. The pool had so many activities that you couldnt relax there. Best for families with young kids that need constant entertainment and need to save money on food.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast poor, not much fresh fruit most days just pineapples!! First night had melon and prunes and kiwi then next few days it was tinned fruit !!
Cons: Location great near beach
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great and public transport was nearby. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfy. Food was great and staff friendly. Beach is a 5 minute walk and is absolutely stunning with restaurants. Can get a little noisy around the main swimming pool but there was a quiet area with pool for people that want chill time. Can not fault the hotel
Cons: The air conditioning broke on the first day but was quickly fixed. That was the only issue.
7.9 Good
Pros: the location, bus stop out side to travel in to the main town. restaurants near by

Pros: It was all inclusive food was nice good choice location good. Great bars local to hotel.
Cons: Husband was allergic to something in the room and there was a smell of the drains constantly. Ordering food at one place and taking it to another. Keeping hold of your cup/token not best idea
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stay here year after year, and back here in 3 weeks
Cons: Having to go home
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff, facilities were all great there's even a water taxi right behind the hotel which goes across the bay
Cons: The sun loungers next to the pool being claimed with towels but sitting empty all day is frustrating the hotel could have a policy like I've seen in other hotels where if a towel is on a lounger for more than an hour with no one coming back to it it should be removed
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location & shared facilities with San Remo next door made for a good mix of quiet at S'estanyol with slightly more partying next door & some evening entertainment, the water taxi to & from San Antoni starts & finishes on a route at this hotel so it's a great location to 'ave it & then get some sleep daytime. Loads nearby for kids ... Bungees , Water sports, mini golf x2 , lots of sports bars too for the match.
Cons: The photographer deserves an award for making the pool look Olympic size when it's about 8ft wide by 15m long maybe but ... with beautiful beach next door who cares if there's any loungers free after breakfast.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Great food.
Cons: Rooms were sparse and very different to photos. To far away from main venues.

Pros: Entertainment reps and bar staff were excellent

Cons: Barhroom full of mushroomms
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Close to bars an water taxi lively pool at sister hotel
6.2 Good
Pros: Location was ideal.
Cons: We were initially allocated a standard twin room, there was a red substance smeared on the wall which look like blood, there was also thick grime built up around the rim of the toilet. When we reported our concerns, the staff were quick to act and moved us to a far superior room which met our expectations. The rest of our stay went well.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Great bathroom, clean room + free parking near-by.
Cons: Facilities were nothing special and air-con was broken.

7.1 Good
Pros: Large apartments good location
Cons: Meant to have a garden view .... we had a car park view . Wasn’t happy about the €200 breakage they never use to have that in place . Lots of little added costs
6.7 Good
Pros: Nice new room, sea view with great sunset views! Pool was good temperature. Staff at reception are lovely, easy to book taxis through them.
Cons: Took 2 days for reception to send cushions for the sun beds on the balcony and was on the ground floor after asking at booking to be on a higher floor. Beach was pretty bad and not worth the walk but not too far from many other great beaches. Need a hire car though. Food and drinks from the pool bar/restaurant aren’t the best and service there was pretty awful.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Room had excellent facilities and was spacious and the staff were first class in the hotel.
Cons: The service in the restaurant was quite slow.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great apartments, the 2 bed was very spacious and very impressed with the size of the balcony and space... huge living area! Great for families. Two very good swimming pools. One deep, one shallow.
Cons: Food is a little expensive compared to nearby restaurants.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are amazing.. so spacious and clean. Lovely relaxed hotel.. and the most perfect location for the sunsets
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great for peace and quiet. Far enough away from the madding crowd and drunks on the nearby strip, but close enough to still be walking distance to the more lively spots along the bay. The staff was exceptional! Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. We had a problem figuring out how to get the somewhat complicated television and satellite system working in our room and asked at reception if someone could come show us how it worked. Came back later in the day and there was a brand new and bigger TV in our room! One that was much simpler to use to.
Cons: WiFi was pretty bad in the room. Had to go out on the balcony to get a decent signal. Also the machines in the washing room were terrible. Had to wash the clothes again at a local laundromat to get the smell out.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Pool was ok
Cons: Rude staff/said I cancelled the booking though no evidence of this, charged a higher rate on arrival.

7.5 Good
Pros: Clean rooms, lovely reception staff and cleaners were really sweet. Good food selection.
Cons: Could be nicer drinks. They had strange rules in this hotel which nobody understood why, weren’t allowed inflatables in the swimming pool and you got kicked out of the bar by security at 11pm... IN THE MIDDLE OF AUGUST?! Summer season???? Strange.
6.3 Good
Pros: Pool area was nice and chilled
Cons: Rooms not the best
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful staff, very nice breakfast and good dinner in the hotel. The room was cleaned every day, and towels were changed no matter if we requested that or not. Two big clean pools, and good sea view from the balcony. If you want to go to the center you need car or be prepared to walk 2.5km, but on the other hand that is very good since location is quiet and you are able to sleep far from loud music and drunk people.
Cons: Better sound isolation in rooms would be a nice addition, since you can hear everything that people are doing in other rooms or in hallway.
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location and good facilities.
Cons: Hotel was noisy during the night but you sort of expect that in Ibiza. The food was a little repetitive with all inclusive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great value and location for all parts of the island as ferry not far away to get to other side
Cons: Could have been a full length mirror in bedroom
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff where amazing especially Ashley and Nicole!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were lovely and modern and just the right size. The all inclusive food was really good, something for everyone (breakfast is amazing!!) The drinks were good they used proper vodka and they were not watered down, can get cocktails and beer also. The pool was clean and we never struggled to get sun beds, even if we came down at 11.30 or afternoon. The hotel it self is clean and modern and welcoming. Alessandro at the reception was lovely and made us feel so, so welcome! It’s a lovely hotel for families or with friends or couples. It has two pools one that mainly the kids use anyway.
Cons: The bar closes at 11pm so you can not get any more drinks after 11. The bedroom walls are very thin you can hear absolutely everything, the bathrooms are connected by a door so you can hear literally everything in the bathroom next door. To be honest we read the reviews and a lot of people had also said that but we thought ‘oh we’re young and going to be going out anyway so it doesn’t really matter’ but not going to lie it was worse than I expected. The deserts are not the best but that is usually the case when I go away anyway.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Has been done up since last time I went it was always clean but the rooms are nicer and the beds even comfier. Great value for money.
Cons: Location, staff really helpful and it’s clean and foods great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the full all-inclusive package and it was a great deal compared to other hotels on the island. Food was spectacular on some days, beautiful views for days as well.
Cons: The food on some days was slightly bland, location isn't ideal but still close enough to San Antonio.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The omelettes in the morning were the best start of the day and the animation team was keeping us busy all day
Cons: The doors are loud when you want to close them...
