Pros: The staff was nice and helpfull (speak english). The room was quit big, confortable and clean, and as we asked we had the view on the sea. You can hear a bit noise from other room, but it wasn't so noisy, it didn't disturb so much. It's 10min walking until the beach. The breakfast is ok.

When I made a reservation through Booking.com I asked for room with a pool view in the 5 floor..We get the room 512 on the 5th floor, with pool and sea view ..very nice room :) Hotel is close to the beautifull beach, close to the bus station (behind the hotel- from the airport is "El Cid station), close to the shops..the food was excellent, we stayed on HB..This was my first stay in Mallorca, but certainly not the last..and I would go again in hotel Roc Leo..

Pros: You can hear absolutely everything taking place in the hotel. There was a band playing in the bar two floors below us and it was so loud my bed was shaking. We could hear the people in the next room cough and talk on the telephone.

Pros: The hotel is in a great position on the promenade and within a few minutes walk of a lively street with various bars with live entertainment which we used as the entertainment in the hotel didn’t tempt us to stay in. We had a very nice room overlooking the pool with a double and single bed and lovely tiled bathroom. We never had any problem getting a sunbed at any time of the day. Lots of choice of food at breakfast and you could get freshly cooked eggs or omelette. Evening meals could be rather repetitive but there were choices and there was freshly cooked meat and fish. The food at the buffets did tend to be luke-warm. Not many English people there, I would say most were Spanish. Santa Ponsa is a very pleasant resort and it is easy to catch the local bus to Palma, Paguera and Puerto Andratx.

Pros: could not fault it ,room spotless ,cleaned every day,pool was wonderful,no noise ,but it was out of school holidays,reception sfaff helpful,plenty of choice at the buffet meal service.pool bar was little expensive but i guess you would expect that.small problem on arrival,we had sent e mail to book sea facing rooms but allocated side rooms,said they hadnt received e mail,however we did eventually get sea facing rooms,so all was well.

Pros: Not a lot! We love this resort but found our stay very very disappointing. The hotel is abolutely alive with foreign bodies. We had not fresh linen or cleaning of our rooms during the stay. The reception staff had no customer relations skills whatsoever. I am so deeply disappointed in this hotel it certainly has gone down hill dramatically since our previous visits.
