Pros: From the moment John greeted me at reception, I was made to feel welcome and taken care of. They brought a drink and a delicacy right away as I waited in the lobby for my check in procedure. They arranged a driver for the day, they arranged a massage, they suggested dinner spots. Breakfast buffet included. They spoke perfect English. The copious lush wood in the lobby together with tasteful decoration was on par with any western 5 star hotel. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The value for money is unparalleled. Great spot for couples or family. Just go.

Pros: Our stay in Cambodia was trully unforgettable. What a country, what a fantastic people. And part of these great memories are from the days that we stayed at "Borei Angkor Resort". The hotel has all the amenities of a 4 / 5 stars hotel. But what makes this hotel so special is the extraordinary friendliness and efficiency of the staff. But what has fascinated us more is that they make us feel that we were the most important guests of the hotel. I call this perfection. To all who wish to visit Angkor I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: the staff was always very pleasent and helpfull, the spa experience is a good thing to enjoy after a hot day at the temples also the large and very clean pool, the room service is active and helpfull at any hour of the day or night, very impressed by the fact that they sent the driver to wait for us even if we did not asked for it - we were travelling with a 6 months baby and it was amazing that finally in Cambodia we find a hotel that sent us a car at the airport - in Bali and Langkawi we asked for a car but did not got one
