Its location.
Front desk staff very rude. Staff did not believe that we are hotel guests and asked for proof of hotel room key. Room was not cleaned. Need to remind to clean the room.

Apart from the premises being absolutely spotless, spacious and a pretty central location, One Farrer hotel has the nicest and most attentive staff, from the reception to the housekeeping staff, to in room dining thank you for making my stay such an amazing experience.

We stayed here for a staycation and we liked it so much we extended one more night. We booked the family deluxe room. Furnishings in room are new and modern. Bed and pillows are excellent, giving one a fully good rest. The facilities are new and well kept. Gym is fully equipped with spanking new equipments, although temperature is too low. You will need a longer time to warm. Pool is big with a pleasant view, and there is a feeling of spaciousness. It would be better if they have a kids pool but my kids enjoyed themselves nevertheless. Spa is beautiful and has an attached onsen. Service here is great. Staff are responsive and helpful with any request. The reception staff are warm, and never without a smile. Location wise, there are a lot of food options so you don’t have to have your meals in the hotel.

The 1 Farrer Hotel is a very comfortable hotel with extremely kind and helpful employees which give you the impression to stay with friends which was particularly nice for us as due to the CoVid19-crisis we had to stay longer in Singapore than expected having had to cancel our planned further-on trips. We, i.e. a family of three adults, were given a very nice and spacious room where we immediately felt at home. The location of the hotel is excellent, just 2 minutes by foot away from the MRT Farrer Park station in the middle of Little India with its huge number of Indian restaurants. An excellent restaurant "Escape" providing also a wonderful breakfast buffet, a huge outdoor swimming pool round up our great experience. Many thanks to all people from the 1 Farrer Hotel including, in particular, from the reception, the restaurant and, not to forget, the room service. We were extremely pleased to stay with you.

Located in a heritage district in Singapore is the 5-star One Farrer Hotel. This hotel is actually three hotels in one. It’s split into the Loft Apartments, the Skyline Hotel & Sky Villas, and the Urban Hotel. It’s a good location for any kind of traveler who is visiting Singapore.
One Farrer Hotel has 243 rooms. All of them have free WiFi and free mini bars. Everything about the rooms says luxury. The three different hotels within the hotel are tailored to different kinds of travelers. The Urban Hotel features wood floors and chic décor that is clean and elegant. The Loft Apartments are more like being at home. They’re perfect for anyone who will be staying longer. These are split into two levels and have amazing views of the city. They have kitchenettes for storing and preparing food. The Skyline Hotel offers gorgeous views from the upper levels of the hotel and access to amenities reserved for this level. And finally, there are six luxury villas that include everything to make guests feel very at home.
Guests can dine at the Escape Restaurant & Lounge any time of the day. It serves international food as well as local specialties. There’s also Local Fresh Seasonal for sandwiches and other deli-style foods. Then there’s Origins of Food where guests can watch demonstrations of the food being prepared. The Owen Road Diner is open 24-hours a day. Guests can also enjoy a cocktail out by the pool at the Sunset Bar. There are plenty of other options for food in the surrounding area as well.
The hotel has a pool, a fitness center, and a spa. There are is also a conference center with a ballroom and meeting rooms. Right out the front door is a collection of art with hundreds of award-winning pieces created by artists throughout different parts of Asia. Not far away, visitors can check out the City Square Mall, Gardens by the Bay, or take a stroll down Orchard Road with its shops, restaurants, and other entertainment venues.
Staying at One Farrer Hotel is an experience all on its own. It’s a unique hotel that boasts three very different hotels housed within one. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this hotel has something for everyone.
