Cons (-) Had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. The sheets in the bed weren't changed.
Pros (+) Beds and pillows clean and comfortable, clean carpets and bathroom.
Cons (-) Microwaves didn't work and reported to the housekeeper and they never changed it.

Cons (-) Surly staff. Broken shower curtain rod - could't keep water from getting all over the bathroom. Handicap room but no support bars in the tub and no tub mat - the tub was slick enough that I had to shower on my knees. Breakfast was supposed to be at 6:00, but coffee, juice and cold pastries were the only thing available until 6:40. And there were no coffee cups until we tracked down the surly staff...
