Excellent and attentive service across the board. Fabulous location within a short walk to Gamla Stan, shopping, sightseeing opportunities and more. Delicious and expansive breakfast selections — which were also available later for weary travelers to turn it into a brunch.

Pros (+) Awesome location in the center of the city. Easily accessible by train or foot. Great restaurants, shopping, and sights nearby. Breakfast is big with many options. Staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. I had a terrible nights sleep and they moved my room and gave me a free lunch.
Cons (-) The bed was absolutely horrendous. So very uncomfortable and hard as a rock. All beds are the same, as I moved rooms after a night that I got literally zero sleep. Might just be me, but I cannot stay here again because of the bed.
