Pros (+) The beds are very comfortable. The AC/Heating is great. There is plenty of parking. The front desk is very helpful and the room service does a superb job. I was able to extend my stay by a day and it took no more than five minutes. At no point did I feel unwelcome or inconvenienced. I will be staying here again.

Pros (+) We booked two rooms for our group.Both roo.a had bad mattresses. could not sleep well all night.

Pros (+) We liked the setup of the room, the breakfast and the staff.
Cons (-) The mattress was horrible. It sunk around the edges and under our body weight. By the third night, we were ready to leave.

Pros (+) i loved the customer service we recieved! super friendly staff. free breakfast. clean clean rooms.
Cons (-) we were from washington state and had tmobile. we really needed wifi to stay intouch with our friends. it would disconnect maybe every 15 mins and take 5-10 mins to reconnect. there is however a pub right next door with great wifi.
