Cons:

They gave me the wrong car, meaning a cheaper car then what I was being charged for. Had to complain twice to finally get some type of refund.

We got an upgrade to an SUV

The car was not cleaned on the outside. Also, halfway through our trip the "oil change required" sign came on. I checked the oil level myself and found that it was low, so I bought the recommended oil and topped it up. However, the "oil change required" sign still kept popping up.. this part was annoying.

Pros:

I got a quote through Kayak for 68.58 Euros for two days hire, but wanted to add a third. Very helpful girl in the office did this and although this is not her fault once the added insurance was included the final bill including a reasonable 15 euros to drop at the airport was 189 Euros. 3 times more expensive than the quote. The address to find the hire location is misleading and even the shops round the corner didn't know where they were or the taxi driver. This needs to be updated as in 33 degree heat on our visit, we didn't need this stress. Staff at the return centre in Munich airport rude and unhelpful.

Very tidy little car and staff were lovely and helpful. Could speak fluent English, but also willing to speak German when I tried

Pros:

Nothing i did not rent the car because they said it's not available! And they said we can't help you go to other company. And i did so with extra price of course!!! I booked the car two months from my travel and i called them two times to make sure it's available one week before I travel i call and they said it's available don't worry then we I arrived at the airport there was no available car with 7 seats ! They offer me two cars with 4 seats which was a stupid option because only one of us can drive and also we want to be together ( we are group of 6 people). Very bad experience and i lost money because of them. Almost double the price.
