Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location and stunning lake views, which were often highlighted as the best aspect of their stay. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially the junior staff, and appreciated the clean and spacious rooms. However, several reviews noted issues with value for price, missing basic amenities, slow or unreliable WiFi, and occasional problems with management or service. Breakfast and room size received mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others expecting more. Overall, the location and views were the standout positives.
