Pros: A beautiful italian-style house with beautiful details in a quiet place but also it's very close to Verona. The lady was lovely and kind. The breakfast was delicios. We will return for sure.

Pros: The owner was extremely helpful and even drove us to the train station! The room was so cute and very clean. We were provided with anything we could need. Breakfast was brought to our room and it was delicious! I wish we could stay there longer!
Cons: It is a bit out of town and not many buses head there so taxi ended up being an expensive option. I would recommend staying there for more than one night as we did.

Pros: I was shocked with how clean, spacious and the extra amenities for so little money! The staff was super helpful, the setting is adorable and the parking was ideal! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! And the hostess in the mornings getting the cappuccino was sweet, friendly and attentive. BEST cappuccinos!!

Cons: The air conditioning didn’t work properly. We had 36 degrees in our room at 1am. We had to sleep on the floor to cool a bit. I have never experienced anything like that. Nobody at the reception, no number to call..... awful.

Pros: Breakfast was generous, croissants kept coming, eggs, pancakes, good variety. Good mushrooms, delicious natural yogurt. Pretty much everything, even a gluten-free range. The spa area was pretty crowded on one of the two days we stayed. Pool and spa area were of adequate size. Satisfied overall. Oh, the mattress was quality stuff.
Cons: The breakfast area needs a different disposition of guest tables versus catering area. I kept bouncing between the table and the food, everyone did so but it was somewhat annoying and it felt like no one had their own personal space.

Cons: Pool area open for families until 1 pm, after that only for adults. Breakfast buffet food were cold and options limited. Reception staff should stand for the guests, not sit on chairs! Smile would be nice too. Aircondition didn’t work in the room, super hot room! Constructionwork next to the hotel - noisy! A farm next to the hotel and smell was awfull during the evening and night!

There's a restaurant on site which is really popular with the locals, but you can book a table on arrival. The food and wine choice is good. Great sized room.. and bathroom was spacious too. Cons: A bit more of selection on the menu, there was plenty to choose from however if they added a few items for the dinner menu it could be fantastic, the food was amazing still. A pool could also be added out the back which would put the icing on the cake.

Pros: I have stayed here at least 3 or 4 times now, and find its location perfect when flying in or out of Verona Airport, only a 2-3 minutes drive. The hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable with modern furnishings, and offers excellent value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful, i.e. the hotel has the latest type of Italian electric plug sockets, and my adaptor was for the old style, so the charming young lady on reception loaned me an adaptor from old to new.

Pros: The Location and hotel surrounding is very beautiful, l found the bedroom, good hot shower & bathroom very clean. NO PROBLEM HERE. I locked myself out but was rescued very quickly.
Cons: Felt very cold as main bedroom did not have any heating. The radiator was far away behind the front door. Besides with the poor heating l expected a duvet to keep one warm at night as it’s winter, but it had a bedspread on the bed, sadly it was very light and useless, l couldn’t wait to check out as l was uncomfortable with cold. I was desperate for a nice cup of Tea on arrival but no there was no milk available; l had to go out and buy my own milk. Breakfast........I should have checked if Breakfast will be served on request, as l didn’t there was no info provided either.. l will advice this is checked. I found the Staff (Renata ) and the room attendant very friendly and pleasant.

Cons: The staff was very unfriendly and borderline rude. I actually felt invisible when I approached them waiting for service. I am not sure it's typical for this region/country, but I have travelled all over the world and I have never been treated in this manner by hotel staff. They acted like it was an annoyance to help me. The hotel's pool is open to the public and non hotel guests, so it is too crowded for the guests to use. And the parking lot was completely full so there was no parking for hotel guests - There was a large parking lot, but we had to park on a side street off the hotel's property.

Cons: It is 40 min away by foot from the centre of Villafranca de Verona. Rather modest, older hotel, definitely not in accordance with 4 star hotels.

Pros: The sheets were clean though. The personnel was very polite and helpful. The reception is very clean and nice. The toilet was very clean and new.
Cons: The hotel is next to the airport, yet does not have a shuttle. They call a taxi to take you to the airport that in the morning costs 25 euros approx. That raises the price of staying in that location. The room is old with many things broken and the covers of the beds are very old and dirty.
