Pros (+) The warmth of the staff at The Alden greets you as you arrive and is an part of every thoughtful encounter! The rooms are exquisite- we had a hallway with modern art leading to our charming yet very modern room with a living room w/ sofa and bedrooms. Pretty design and architectural elements. Would stay any time I am in Zurich!
