Cons (-) I accidentally booked the wrong evening for travel. Upon immediately realizing what i had done, I picked up the phone and attempted to rectify the situation. I was told that i could not be assisted and that i would be billed for the mistake. There was less than 5 minutes between the time i realized my mistake and the time i was on the line with customer service. Terrible experience. Never again.

Cons (-) Room was decent size but bath was small. Mirror, because it had a cabinet behind it, protruded over sink which made an already tight situation more difficult.

Pros (+) Front staff was friendly and personable. They were very helpful. Luisa is very nice.
Cons (-) It's not a major thing but when we arrived a furniture company was moving in all new mattresses and chairs. The problem was that they tied up the elevator. We waited approximately 4-5 minutes for the other elevator.

Pros (+) We love the location (near to the NJ Transit station and easy to get anywhere in the city). We also love that there is no "resort fee" which kept the cost down for us. A hot breakfast is included, which was great!
Cons (-) We booked a king size bed through a travel website but when we checked in we were told that two double beds were all that was available. What is the point of reserving a king size bed if they just give it to someone else?

Pros (+) Room was large for the area and clean, complimentary breakfast was good (waffles a plus!) and in a great centralized location to Times Square and MSG.
Cons (-) No fridge in room.
