Great hotel, ideally placed for all the main sights. We love Kimptons as they are all comfortable, have good facilities and staff are generally pretty helpful. The happy hour each day with free wine is always a winner!

This is a hip hotel in a bustling part of town. The staff are super friendly and attentive. Wish I had caught his name but the afternoon/ evening doorman was the best! With two or more hotel bars, would have liked for one to stay open after 10, on a Saturday! Rooms were large. Had a great view. If you want to stay in this part of town, highly recommend.

Pros (+) Gorgeous room that was large and comfortable. Staff is lovely and both restaurants are amazing! Food is extra special here. I love all the kimptons but this one is in the top 3, perhaps number one.

Cons (-) The window was left open before my arrival. Upon arrival, the temperature of the room was 46 degrees. I closed the window and notified the hotel staff immediately. For some reason they sent an engineer to the room. To be clear, the heat worked but the window was left open. I turned the heat up to 80 degrees, turned off Eco Boost, and set the fan to high. Cons (-) I gave this hotel an "okay" because of what seemed to be chaos in the kitchen. I would order an item, the friendly person on the other end would say ok. But...wait for it...each time I ordered and confirmed my food items, I received a call back telling me they are out of at least one of what I'd ordered.
