Friendly staff, but not enough of them to handle morning line-up at the hotel location. Waited close to o 2 hours before I received a car to drive off. Car exterior was in good condition, but the back seats needed a shampoo as there were major stains on them.

Great staff. Got upgraded from a sub-compact to a convertible on my wife’s 50th (without mentioning it). Note: this probably won’t happen to you. That aside, they got us in and out in no time, took COVID protocols seriously. I could not have asked for a better experience.
