Pros: The hotel was conveniently situated and within walking distance to many attractions and within a block of the Outerlink bus line. Very convenient in terms of getting around and using the hotel as a base. I liked the small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and burner which allowed us to cook a major portion of our meals. The guest laundry facilities were good to have and that they were located on three floors which helped. The front desk staff were very helpful, patient, and courtesy.

Pros: Nothing. I was bitting by bed bug and left the hotel 4am. There was no other room for us, because apparently the hotel was fully booked. The receptionist didn’t even try to help us with other hotels. It was the worst experience.
