Pros (+) I like the facilities, free clean towels, sope, water, coffee, and teas. The staffs seem to be helpful but could have been better. English is a main issue and I wish they were trained better at accommedating their customers to their best.
Cons (-) Strong Thai accent, didnt try to help much. Staffs didnt recommend any location around, or provided any interest to help with common needs for its customers.
