Pros: I got the room for $75/night from the usual $150-200 since it was Monday during the low season. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the train station and right by the Lake of Love. All major attractions are within an easy 10 minute walk.
Cons: The wi-fi is terrible. I constantly had one bar (instead of 4) on my iPhone, which made everything extremely slow and unstable. Major frustration.

Pros: The location was great and the staff were very helpful. My room was nice and quiet. The bathtub was very nice and big!
Cons: The hotel is really a combination of different buildings, and temperature varies wildly. Some areas were stiflingly hot. furniture in the lobby was strangely modern for a historic area, and some of it was shabby. There was a strange smell that permeated much of the hotel, including the lobby, the common bathrooms, and my room.

Pros: *Excellent* location. Very close to the train station and to the center of the city, but insulated from craziness off a lovely little street leading into a beautiful park. Really a wonderful area.
Cons: I know this is relatively typical for a European hotel, but the room was tiny. The bed was so narrow I had flashbacks to college. Wonderful bathtub, good thick quiet walls, but just a tiny little room. It's a great place to stay, but I have trouble reconciling $136 with the lack of space in that room.

Pros: We loved it here! The staff were incredible - so helpful, courteous and always available. Our rooms (ours and the other couple we traveled with) were beautiful, the bathrooms were updated, and the amenities were plentiful. We also got a great rate on a prime parking spot, which is very scarce in Bruges. HIGHLY, highly recommend!
Cons: The only thing we would have changed is that we would have liked a full king (or queen) bed for us as a couple, instead of two twins pushed together. Otherwise, everything was amazing!

Cons: just be careful with the parking spot in front of the hotel to bring down your baggage, I ask if I can park there to bring down my stuff since I was with my baby , they toll me that I can do it for that purpose, the police enter the hotel to ask and no one tell him it was my car, so they put me a ticket that I can’t pay until it arrives by mail

Pros: We have stayed at the Bryghia Hotel a number of times. Whilst not the most posh or plush hotel it is also not an impersonal hotel and we have always found the owners to be extremely helpful and polite. the position of the hotel means you can walk in a few minutes to the main areas of Brugge along with it's restaurants and bars and the breakfasts are great. Will no doubt be there again.

Cons: Charging €25 euro a day for parking on top of the €169 a night for a very basic and dated twin room with an outlook (and the incessant noise) of the air conditioning units is a bit rich. Cons: Both dinner (steak) and breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausages and streaky bacon) were cold. The replacement dinner was only just warm. The bain maries at breakfast did not have tea lights under them. Restaurant staff generally very poor and slow.
