Pros: Rooms have character, patio is amazing. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great

Cons: Could be a little cleaner in bathroom and bedroom, had to change sheets because their was hair on them.

IT IS A GREAT LOCATION, STILL A VERY NICE BOUTIQUE

Pros: Great beach, few people, plenty of chairs and quiet overall. Rooms are large and most have balconies or terraces. Staff is friendly. Got a room with a fantastic terrace and a fairly large kitchenette. Location is unbeatable, close to shopping, food, convenience. Nice views from any room, lake or ocean. Lake is prettier at night. The ocean during the day.

Cons: Bathrooms are old. Stairs only so be in shape, and there are plenty of them so not a place to bring much luggage. Wish it did not look so rusty. TV was old and cable a little weak with the signal. Wrist bands are unnecessary in a place this small. Breakfast was fine but no variety. Same everyday.,Bathrooms are old.
