If you plan on driving in Lund, you'll definitely want a smaller vehicle. The roads are narrow and many are one-way, so having a smaller vehicle will make it much easier to navigate. If you're mostly planning to use your car for trips outside of Lund (and you plan to park outside any other small towns or villages you visit) then simply choose the vehicle that you prefer to drive.
