Cons: They charge $42 PER DAY for parking. We ended up parking a few blocks away at a parking garage which was only $10 because it was the weekend, but that would be over $30 if it were a week day. Also, they make it so you can't quite close the curtains all the way, which is always annoying.

Cons: Missed a room make-up one day, but hotel management was responsive and made our stay enjoyable. Definitely would book again.

Cons: Restaurant closed due to COVID. They charged me for parking despite the gates wide open for in and out. WHY? I didn't authorize the charge. Bed was super soft which really hurt my back. No additional comfortable chair in the room to sit in. Just a desk chair.

Cons: Inappropriate party favors littering the halls and the excessive noise of all the party goers ensured that it would be a restless night.

Cons: Elevators are old and don't seem to all work. Could use some programming updates to call sequence/response.

Cons: Big place...hard to find the rooms because of the multiple towers. I gave 2-3 other guests directions because the had problems too.

Cons: Guest services really dropped the ball. We needed toothpaste and contact solution and they offer it free. We called guest services 3 times with assurance that they’d bring it right up. Ended up going to the front counter, only to get just toothpaste. Contact solution would “be sent up immediately”. Never came, and we ended up stocking up on supplies at the 7-11 next door. In addition, the shower pressure was terrible, which is unusual at hotels in my experience. Other than that it was a nice stay! For the price I paid though, I probably won’t be staying here again right away. It’s not a bad hotel by any means, it’s just pricey and I expect more for $175 a night.

Cons: Most of the staff made us feel like we were an inconvenience, not welcome guests of the hotel.

Cons: Four star hotel more like a two star dump. Mold and mildew in the first room so they moved us to a dog room. Night management was rude and unapologetic when I informed him that we had been propositioned by two hookers in the elevator. The outside door stays open for ten minutes after you swipe your key, so they snuck in behind us and rode up to our floor where they asked if we wanted to chill. Night manager said the door wasn't broken and had to stay open for ADA reasons. Maybe for a minute, but we watched several times and the door wouldn't close within ten minutes. Night manager said most he could do was refund me SPG points equivalent to my stay. Nothing else offered or apologized for. We went and stayed at the St Julian in Boulder. Also a four star hotel and the same cost but it was a different world entirely. How this dump gets a four diamond rating is beyond me. It's a stain on the Sheraton and on SPG.

Cons: CHARGING ME AN EXTRA $150 I NEVER AGREED TO. You gave me $75 in hotel credit from my paid for room being unavailable but then charged my card an extra $150… unreal. We stayed because our apartments central air was out of service just to wake up in the middle of the night sweating from the AC being sub par at best. Never staying there again

Cons: The rooms are large but a lot of wasted space. No mirrors for others to get ready. The shower wasn't hot.

Cons: There are parts that need to be updated and repaired. Our carpet was stained and the bathroom fan did not work. But still a nice environment.

Cons: Ceiling had been previously repaired, but the work was terrible. Looked like the ceiling could fall in at any time.

Cons: We stayed in 2 separate rooms because of a mistake made by the hotel. When I made our reservation we were booked in two room types...so we had to check out of our first room and move to a second room, which was a huge inconvenience. The cleanliness of both rooms was seriously lacking - our first room had a blood stain on the duvet and something sticky splattered on the bathroom light switch. The second room had stains on the towels and something gross splattered on the wall next to the toilet. Definitely not up to par for a ~$200/night room!! I never really felt comfortable or clean during our stay. Also, parking at the hotel is $37/night --absolutely RIDICULOUS. Next time I'll probably stay at the Hyatt across the street.

Cons: Better room service options. Options were very sparse, and presentation, as I suppose as is to be expected for a business-specific hotel, was direct and lifeless.

Cons: I paid 150 dollars for 2 rectangles in a room, got no breakfast, no laundry, and no parking. Not to mention there aren’t fans in your bathrooms. I love when my purchased hotel room allows the smell of my feces to linger for hours. Super 8, which will cost 42 dollars tonight, has provided me breakfast, laundry, parking, a bathroom fan, and get this...a hot tub! They outdo you in every arena, and are roughly a third of the price. Keep it up.

Cons: No microwaves in the rooms. Makes it very difficult To eat leftovers. There is plenty of areas the microwave could be placed in the room. I was happy that we had a small refrigerator. I’ve noticed that many Hilton hotels do not have microwaves. All other brands of hotels that I’ve stayed in have microwaves.Is Hilton is well situated for Denver activities such as the Pepsi center convention center 16th St., Mall bars and restaurants. I would stay here again

Cons: The smell of marijuana on our floor when we arrived was stomach turning. Trying to explain to my 10 year old why it smelt terrible at the hotel was embarrassing. We didn’t have time to express our concerns because we were on a tight schudule. Also, after returning from the ballet there were people smoking marijuana rightout side the entrance. This has been a huge reason we try avoiding Denver because it’s so prevalent everywhere and even businesses are just allowing it on their premises or rightin fro for. Pretty disappointed overall.

Cons: Room sign was on the floor, and room was right outside the elevator. Loud and small.

Cons: A little too mid-century modern and swanky for my tastes. Way overpriced for the amenities. Separate parking was ridiculously priced too. Waited in line for 30 minutes to check in and out. Bed seemed short on our two queen room. 4 elevator banks and only ever saw one actually work. Way to slow.

Cons: I left a waterpik/waterflosser in my room. Housekeeping confirmed that they had it whein I contacted the hotel. We played VM phone tag 3x. The only option was for me to pick up the item at the hotel. I got no response to 2 messages offering to pay for shipping of the $100 item to my home.

Cons: The room was good but a bit substandard for the price. I cared more about the location so I didn't really mind.

Cons: We had a room with a shared door to connect the two rooms. This allowed noises from the room next to ours to come through very clearly. You could hear everything from conversations and music to other things happening in their room.

Cons: Parking garage is overpriced at $32 per night, and it has a terrible stink to it as well as leaks and dirty floors. Not a nice experience for hotel guests.

Cons: Half of the elevators were down during our stay. Other than that everything was perfect

Cons: The elevators are tiny & very slow. There are four of them but the staff also uses the tiny elevators to transport large carts & equipment.
